Awesome crew in this Rooster's. They are friendly and the service is excellent. The wings and sandwiches are tasty!

Food was fine, but the service was awful. Multiple people waiting to be seated while others were waiting for take out orders...no one was there to help. They would just randomly show up and I guess assume people had been helped already because they just walked by. Including who I assumed were managers. I had to get up and basically get my order myself from the shelf. Assign a team to the front and make sure they're competent first.

Ordered fried chicken salad with extra tenders and they left off the extra chicken. Salad looks old.

I ordered garlic parm wings online and they came mixed with Buffalo sauce i also ordered a roosters nest with dumpster sauce and didnt even get that either

We ask for a well done burger for take out. I'm not sure why it was pink and under cooked. My wife had to recook it when I got it home. The outside of the burger was chard but the middle was almost raw. This is the second time now. We love the flavor but she doesn't do under cooked which is why I ordered it Well done.

This was my husband and my first time at this location. We definitely will be back. We had some drinks the bloody marie is delicious. The food was perfect The cook did a great job. Our waiter Gillian was great. It's been a while since I had service that great. Thanks for a great experience.
