I normally don’t write reviews because everyone has bad days but this service was particularly terrible. First the lady taking our order told us it was card only and when we finished ordering we had no reply. We waited for about a minute and then she yelled into the intercom and repeated one item. After a minute or two of trying to get our order through we pulled into the window. There were three girls standing on their phones and talking. One girl came to take our money with her hood up and began shouting at the other girls. In simple terms, this experience was not normal, very unpleasant, and extremely unprofessional.

Not the best Sonic I've been to. Not by a long shot. Last time we went we got food poisoning. We decided to give them another chance today. No food poisoning yet, but the first foot-long chili cheese coney I got was barely even warm and was missing the onions I ordered on it. It was so not hot I wasn't comfortable eating it. I took it back through the drive-thru, and they replaced it. This one was much warmer and edible. I won't be going back for any food, but maybe drinks. Maybe.

Everytime we go here they ALWAYS mess up our order my daughter gets the sonic cheeseburger cause that's the only way it comes and I tell them no cheese cause my daughter is allergic and no ketchup and every time they don't make it right so I let them know it's not right and it takes them 4 different times for the burger to be right so today my daughter said not to order the burger cause it NEVER comes out right she said you tell them and they get mad like if you were lying even when you show them the messed up ones so today she got something else but she really likes the burgers but doesn't want to deal with the hassle we have even gone at different times to see if it would be right the 1st time and NOPE it literally takes 4 times sending the burger back for it to finally be right.. Today my husband ordered the Sonic Stack and the lady that did the order on the speaker asked if a single or a double I said I didn't know the Sonic Stack came double she said yes well they brought out the double sonic cheeseburger with bacon so I seen the manager and asked her doesn't the sonic Stack come with Texas Toast she said yes so I told her the burger has regular buns that they gave us she said sorry I will fix it then brought us what was supposed to be sonic Stack a burger on Texas toast but with 1 burger patty and just cheese absolutely nothing else my husband said just leave it alone cause they can't get nothing right here.. so he ate it like that... well that's $7.00 dollars wasted... we don't live near a Sonic so it's a drive just to get to this one... maybe we should drive farther and go to Sonic in Columbus... I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME AND PATIENCE TO KEEP SENDING FOOD BACK TILL YOUR ORDER IS RIGHT!!!!

As of today you think the workers would stop being lazy,, they shouldnt be outside smoking at the tables while on break,, and they need to stop parking in the customers parking spot,, they do not make it easy for us to come to the walk ups,, those are our spots.., they are very lazy and slow Sept 24th 2024,,The 2 working tonight needcto stop the kiss kissy stuff and need to focus on their job not each other. I was there between 9:30:andv9:45, they already had the outdoor lanes shut down . They only had drive through going. This is September 11th.. those pictures are from Sept 24th all workers vehicles parking in customers parking... and the smoker at the front table..
If you ever order from this Sonic location please check your receipt and your bank account. Every time I order food from sonic I order that same thing. My total is always 16.77 or 16 something. I was told my order was 16.77 I have bank Notification sent to my phone it said I was charged 20.12. They gave them self a tip. When I asked for a receipt the lady roll her eyes I told them what just happen I was told they can’t do nothing about that

Wow what is wrong with fast food these days?? Spend $40.00 on this slop?? Really want to go throw this trash in there faces.. half of a large onion ring was supposed to be a large..They was not cooked fully. And was in pieces.. Got a large order of cheese sticks and got 1 thing of sauce. Got a slushy and the lid was not on all the way and got red slushy all over my dam car:. Every time we get fast food no matter where we go anymore is trash.. Just was in a hurry figured they could get it rite made the order simple.. Double burger ketchup only nope had everything on it.. We spent a lot of money and it was horrible.. Guess I will eat another time..

Server was on point. Food is - greasy, Sonic fried food. Tasty, tho. Someone sat in their car to eat and left it running the whole time while my 5 yo g-daughter and I were at a picnic table. Seriously? It should be mandatory to turn off your car. You want to eat in AC, go to an indoor restaurant. It wasn't even hot that day.
