This brand new Starbucks is awesome. Loved the order pick-up with the letters. Clean automated bathrooms. Fast friendly service. Big windows for great views. Large parking lot and drive thru. Very nice location, we were passing through but will definitely be back. Great service

Worst Starbucks I go to. Starbucks has a motto: if for any reason you don't like the drink or it's wrong they'll remake it. Well Every SINGLE time I order extra toppings in/on my drinks they don't put extra. Even though the cost is extra. After several times of this happening I finally go inside to speak with the manager and notify her what happened and that it's every time. I wasn't rude or mad when speaking with her a little irritated I'm sure, but not rude. Anyway her response to me was that "that's how they are taught to make drinks when adding more ingredients" and that "I continue to come to this location". It was a clever response don't get me wrong, because as soon as she said it the other employee standing next to her started smiling looking shocked then quickly walked away into the office. The manager wasn't wrong though, but like I stated to her this establishment is local to my residence and has a drive thru. As for how they are taught to make drinks. It's the only Starbucks that you ask for extra and they don't add it.I went from going on a daily basis ordering several drinks at a time, to now I try everything I can to avoid going there. We do have another inside location. That I'll stop by when I have the time to park and go inside. I wish they had a drive thru, because their employees are much much nicer and customer friendly.As for this place I strongly suggest going to the other location. The drinks are made correct and they accommodate the extra toppings you pay for and most importantly they are customer friendly.Note to add: My drinks aren't super custom or a pain in the butt either (I'm not that customer lol), it's just a caramel ribbon frappe with extra caramel and extra crunch. If you pay 2-3 dollars more for extra toppings you kinda want the extra. ?

Chai Latte was good. Breakfast sandwiches were very mediocre and kind of soft and mushy. I know better, but I was driving and it was too late for McD's and Wendy's. Haven't tried their food for years, and probably won't again.

I feel racially discriminated against because I walk in no one says hi or welcome in when they see a black man but I noticed every white person that walked in they said hi or welcome in. One employee she just looks at me didn’t smile at all and just looks away like my goodness I’m not ugly at all. They need training in racial discrimination because that’s kinda illegal in the USA. It’s sad that black folks still have to deal with this especially if you’re not racist and you love everybody NOMATTER what their color. As soon as the girl gives me my drink I say Ty and all she says is uh huh but right before she says Ty have a good day to someone she gave their food to and others before except me. It’s really sad.

I probably go here 3-4 times a week. Order is basically the same every time. Shaken expresso VERY LIGHT ICE. This morning I ordered and the ice was touching the lid so I sent it back. They said they would fix it. The manager even came to the window. Gave it back and it looked the same but I didn’t have time to send it back again. This is the ice level 5 mins after I left. (See picture) I think this is a sign I just need to bite the bullet and buy an expresso machine because this is ridiculousness.

Worst starbucks I've ever been to. Never open when it says it's supposed to. They keep the door locked long after they're supposed to open it. Then the drive thru gets backed up forever. Then they take forever to make your drink, and it's not even made correctly. Many times the app shows they're sold out of something when they aren't. Always a terrible experience at this location.
