My daughter and I were on a road trip. We just got two Caramel Machiatto's and two mozzarella and tomato with pesto. The staff was nice, coffee good, sandwiches ok.
It took longer for them to make me a cup of coffee then the special drinks other people in line were getting. I also don’t like being put on the spot in a drive-through to give a tip. Starbucks are you not paying your employees well enough? Also when I picked up my coffee, which was a Venti, I was very careful and yet the cup buckled and coffee spilled out- so either the pups are becoming thinner or they need to rethink their design.

While the Chai Latte received positive feedback, the breakfast sandwiches were considered mediocre. Some customers love their food and coffee, but there are mentions of slow service, especially in the drive-through. Even with few customers, the wait times can be longer than expected. Despite some employees being unfriendly, many staff members are helpful, showing excellent customer service during mishaps, like providing a towel and a free drink when needed. Vegetarian options are available, such as removing meat from sandwiches or choosing from pastries like Tomato mozzarella on foccacia and grilled cheese on sourdough. Kids are welcome, making it a family-friendly spot, although care should be taken to avoid disturbing others. The doors are not wheelchair-friendly, but baristas often assist wheelchair-bound customers. Overall, it remains a welcoming stop for weary travelers.
