One of the worst. In the middle of a road trip, we stopped by in store to order food. The supposedly warm burritos had frozen cheese in it. Stale and cold food. The beans had a weird smell. Not sure if anyone else ha seen this but I found the employees packing drive thru food with bare hands. Won't be surprised if people fall sick after eating the food. The kids could not eat the burrito, we ended up having to throw away the food and go elsewhere for lunch! Very appalling quality and customer service! Definitely won't be recommending this location for food!

Food is excellent, employees are excellent.
However, management needs to hire more employees, badly. employees are clearly being overworked and can't properly handle the traffic this place gets at times, leading to significant wait times. Location is also often out of certain things, and it is impossible to exit the drivethru once you're already in it, without following the flow... These things are how you lose customers.

The store is filthy, nobody waits on you at the counter, the food order is always wrong and takes 45 min to an hour to get your order. This store sucks.

This is the absolute worst run Taco Bell I have ever been to in any state. I hate that it is my local Taco Bell. If I go inside, they’ll tell me, the lobby is closed and it’s drive-through only. If I go through the drive-through multiple times, the drive-through is closed and it’s lobby only. The management of this location is absolutely subpar, and I truly wish they would just clean house and hire anew. The food is hit or miss sometimes could be OK sometimes it’s just lacking typical most Fast food restaurants. The employees themselves lack any desire to meet a recognizable standard for customer service

I had came through the drive-through. I got a quesoritto a cup of nacho cheese and a small Pepsi and it was changed to a medium because of a deal. I handed her a $10 bill I my total was eight dollars because I rounded up. Was in a hurry so I didn’t realize, but I never got my change back so when I called about it I talked to them on the phone and he told me to wait a minute that he hung up on me I wasn’t too worried about it. I was just calling them to let them know whoever was working window if their drawer is short tonight that’s why they’re handing out wrong change. No idea why he hung up on me pretty rude if If you ask me And on top of that I had to be pulled to the side And they brought me out the wrong order at the beginning So whoever’s working today I don’t know what they’re doing with change or with the orders and they handled it and not a good way at all what he should’ve said is bring a receipt back. I can check it. Look at my drawer and I can give you your change back not that I have to wait to get my change back and hang up on me.

I’m not sure why they call it fast food. You go through the drive-through and you’re the only vehicle. You get to the window, they give you your drink and take your payment and then tell you to pull around front and they’ll bring it out to you. Unacceptable. Tonight I got to the drive-through window and went through the process and they told me to pull around front and I was the only car there at the time. I know sooner pulled into a parking place out front and they were bringing my food out. Why did I waste my time finding a parking place when I could’ve just waited at the window for one minute to get my food. I won’t be going back again real soon.

Food was as expected. Service was, well sad. Slow wait time to order at the drive through window, workers were telling each other to shut up at the window and to keep there drive through report times they had me pull up to “anywhere at the front”. They were also out of Pepsi! Drive through has a giant bump at the window.

The last three times I have went to the Circleville Taco Bell has been bad. I was there around 11:30 on 08/16/25 got to the speaker they said not taking orders only for door dash and on app. I go to the parking lot down loaded app and placed my order of $36.00. I get to window the said “they could not fry anything so no nacho's.” I asked how do I get a refund, he didn’t know but I could replace it with something. After setting over half hour a lady comes to window and said”we are out of steak so no quesadilla, no black been and rice and no cinnamon twist.” I asked why did the app allow me to order this food if they were out of it she said “ we have no control of that”, I asked about refund she said “we can’t give refunds”. So after one hour setting in drive through, We get food but not what we ordered.

Filthy filthy filthy! All tables, floor, counters, kitchen and windows look bad. No one at front counter, used kiosk to order. Payment was supposed to be made in cash at counter.. stood there for 15 minutes at least. Never saw anyone at the front counter, cars were running through the drive up but if you chose to dine in there was no service. We finally left with no food. Standing there for that time you really take in how dirty the place is. I guess you can say they did us a favor.

Let's call corporate and shut this place down. Nasty place! Saucy fingerprints smeared all over the touch screens and windows. Stinks everywhere. Nobody greets you, this one kid came to the register and said nothing, we tried to place an order but he just left. So we left. Tried drive thru until I was just told to wait (indefinitely), so I backed out and went to Chipotle. I don't trust them to make me food. And I'm not about to poison myself ou and my family

Consistently slow. Last time I was here, it was a 30 minute wait to get my order. Only ten minutes this time. But still, fast food it is not.

I CANT explain how disgusting this is. I got blue taki dust residue on my cheese roll up at this place so that means this places employees DONT wear gloves or wash their hands and also eat in the kitchen. Those are 3 health code violations and my highschools culinary class has better cleaning and food handling habits and rules. Do. Better.
