I can't have cheese because if a medical issue, I tried to call and they kept rejecting the phone call. Food was delivered with missing items including the salad( only thing I can eat from fast food.) My dad called and someone finally answered and they tried to pass it off to doordash as the problem, we used grubhub. Anyway they decided to start calling my dad sweetie and honey sarcastically and set him off, come to find out she said she was the manager. Thats not how you treat customers

This Wendy's consistently takes 20 to 25 minutes to make the simplest of order and will ALWAYS conveniently forget to include any reward items you might select with your points. It's a 50/50 on weather they get the rest of the order correct.

This place genuinely sucks and seems to get worse with every visit. You might as well not contact Wendy’s customer service, they won’t do anything. The GM will look you up on social media tho lol. There’s a few decent people, but majority are weirdos and extremely unprofessional. Just save yourself the trouble and drive 10 minutes away to the South Bloomfield location or go somewhere else in circleville, unless you want the worst quality in food and service possible. Whoever actually owns this location needs to shut down and retrain their staff exponentially, and have a more experienced GM take over.

Just went through their drive-thru to get lunch and felt like I needed to leave a review because wow! Workers were so pleasant and smiling, super quick and hot, delicious food. Ive never been so impressed with a drive-thru lol! Wanted to make sure those employees were recognized- it was Wednesday October 22nd 1230 pm thanks!!

Tried to order my wife the Cinnabon pull apart and when she went to eat it she bit into onions theu had mixed into it. Someone purposely place onions into this food. Completely unacceptable.

Worked 12 hours in point pleasant WV today and was on the way home back to Columbus and went in and ordered on the kiosk. Watched about 7 parties come in and order after us then get their food before us in total waited 32 minutes for some nuggets fries and a burger.

Craving Wendy’s all morning, I swung by for lunch — and instantly regretted it. My fries were cold, one burger was cold, and the other was “warm-ish” at best. I added pickles, which apparently turned into a big mystery for the staff: one employee handed my bag to another like it was radioactive, and they both glanced at me as if I had ordered something outrageous. Spoiler: it was just pickles. Meanwhile, cars were being pulled up and waiting forever, apparently, this is their new definition of “fast food.” And when I asked for a receipt, I overheard a supervisor blaming customers for long drive-through times. Hate to break it to you, Wendy’s, but people come here for lunch, not for a cold meal and a side of awkward stares.

The whole place just seems to lacking any sense of professionalism or management. The help staff seems to be lacking in proper training or protocol. I won't be coming back.
