The cashier with the nose piercings, is unprofessional. She got me the wrong food. I’m allergic to bacon and she added it to my food when I told her to replace it she took the bacon off like I can’t do that and she gave it back to me and said is a new one. That was very rude

I hate to be this person, I tried to find the good in this place, but there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING GOOD. Here’s why, My aunt said McNuggets as a mistake. Then employee fires back OK SIX MCNUGGETS. She apologizes then we go to check out he says ok 23 MC DOLLARS. I swear..the AUDACITY. infuriating😒 no potato’s either. Food packaging was messy and terrible. Order was wrong about three times. Forgotten foods. Rude employees. Wendy’s is my FAVORITE fast food place. This is a new low. Fix your establishment! You know what Wendy’s? This is MC CRAZY! DO NOT come here!!!

Waited 10 minutes at counter.. manager kept saying to his employees stat people are at front counter..no one came! Male manager NOT professional at all! Where i come from management jumps in and helps! Nothing said to us or the people waiting behind us..all of us left! I swear I even heard thr manager say thank god when we left.. no acknowledgement or nothing!

This Wendys has gone off the deep end. The first time I went here they didn't give me the bun with my sandwich. The second time, I ordered a combo, they didn't give me my fries NOR 2 of the 7 types of Saucy Nuggs!! AND YET THEY STILL TOOK MY MONEY!!! AVOID THIS WENDY'S AT ALL COSTS!! I myself will not be back.

If it were possible, I would give the Circleville, Ohio Wendy’s ZERO STARS. Let me start with the SINGULAR positive about this location; the guy working the drive through. Such a friendly guy and efficient at his job (not sure what his name is, but wears glasses I believe). Now with that out of the way… what is going on with this place? How you mess up fast food, I’ll never understand. Food is gross and NEVER correct/how you order it. Workers are terrible and clearly do not care about their jobs. This isn’t a one off experience and I have given this location chance after chance, but today was the last one. If you want a GREAT Wendy’s close to the Circleville one, do yourself a favor and go to South Bloomfield for food that is always great and correct with GREAT service.

We ordered 2 things. 2 very, very simple things. A ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwich with NO lettuce and NO tomatoes, what do you know, lettuce and tomatoes. And, a staple of the company, the baconator with no mayo or ketchup. Makes sense, right? THEY GAVE ME A DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER WITH MAYO, KETCHUP, ONIONS, PICKLES, AND ZERO BACON! Never eat here, these people don’t know how to make food. 40$ for 2 sandwiches and a large and medium fry.
