“We were there the last day of the play off of the Cleveland Indians this year... We have never been there before and we were very impressed with this place. Steven was our server and what a wonderful and great gentleman... He answered all our questions and explained everything.. The food was so good. This is the place we will go again when we are in the area... If anybody hasn't been there they need to go there.... Thanks again Steven... Dave and Cindy Stefanski“

“We went to some kind of secret seller.\nIn the basement , and it was so christmassy , spirits , great decorations , and I like how they honored all their staff by putting their names up with christmas decorations.
Erica was our server and I kept watching her was so impressed with ease.She was able to handle by herself.Fifty people and never showed any fear and was great and fast service.
I also enjoy talking to other personnel that worked at different sections of the brewery and not even at that location. They still came to support the christmas get together.“

“A bit loud, but not beyond what you would expect for a beer hall. The food was excellent, and the variety of brews was great. Also appreciate that they have some NA options.
Seating is communal, so if you are a small group (2-4), expect to share a table with another small group.
Overall I highly recommend checking this place out.“

“Good fast bar food! Smash burgers made with dairy free cheese and can get gluten free buns and impossible burger if you want! I had beef burger which was tasty. My friends got street tacos- soft shell and empanadas. Portions small but worth it! Price good for bar food!“

“No food at this location. Beer and souvenirs only. Service was the best of any brewery we visited in Cleveland.
The Prosperity Hefeweizen was good, not a German Hefeweizen but still good.
The Citramax was way too Citra.
The Ginger Wheat was GINGER! Wheat.
The Buckeye Peanut Butter Chocolate Stout was too much Peanut Butter and Chocolate and not enough stout.
Neither of these was bad, just over flavored.
The Octoberfest was our favorite.
We are beer snobs so come and enjoy.“

“I'm from Detroit. My wife and I went to Cleveland 2 yrs ago and stopped at nano for lunch and loved it so much we had to go back. it took us two summers but they truly were my decision to go back. burgers to die for.“

“Before visiting, I thought Craft Collective was a bona fide brewery, but it's actually just a tap room of sorts situated inside a galley style venue. Interesting set up. The Hazy IPA I enjoyed was really very good, I must say, while the bartender could have been a bit more attentive. If you're looking for a variety of beer in this vicinity, give them a shot.“

“Wow. This place was recommended to us as my husband and I were looking for the perfect cheeseburger for our wedding anniversary. The staff in the kitchen … you guys are so amazing, warm and gracious. We will be back. The Tinman! That was one extraordinary burger. And the fries, chicken tenders are out of this world with all those sauces. Can’t thank you enough. Also, the interior vibe and feel of the place is wonderful. A MUST if you’re in Cleveland or visiting. ❤️“
