My wife and I were on vacation and stayed a night in Cleveland. We picked this establishment due to the reviews. The food and service was great. It was very busy on a game night. My only disappointment was the waitress said they could can any beer on tap. When I went to the bar the bartender said the two I picked were " In house only".
B&Bs albino stout is still in a class of it's own. Highly recommend it, I know people that don't even like beer that find that one highly enjoyable.For food, the crispy pork shank is a must. Deliciously crispy outside with succulent, fall apart meat inside. The kimchi pairs nicely with it

If I were to describe Butcher and the Brewer in one word, it would be: derelicte. Never before have I seen a space that so fully embraced the dumpster chic aesthetic... and located on swanky East 4th Street to boot!
