The customer service is top tier and the atmosphere is mesmerizing as you inhale the great aroma of the freshly baked cookies and brownies. The sugar cookie is the best, and the chocolate chip and vegan oatmeal pecan are both very delicious. The best gluten-free cookie ever, and the toffee brownie was praised as being very good. The store is super clean, and the service is very friendly. The treats are still warm when you arrive shortly after opening, and it's highly recommended.
