I love this subway but they cheat their customers and their self by closing before time and that's not cool. If you lock your doors at 845/850. You should say so. Smh. But to come within open hours in the doors are locked is bad for business ?Update:I went back, got there at 8:40 closed. I went down the street Mayfield and warrensville and the gentlemen got me together for the night and a few other customers. Making sure the business got they money. And this worker knows how to treat the customer and service them until 9 and maybe a few minutes over. They are there during hours posted on door.

They have large signs in the front of their window that say $2 foot long churro, $3 footlong pretzel, and $5 footlong cookie. I just wanted a snack so I went in for the footlong pretzel and was told that none of their sides are available... Then what's the point of having massive signs to bring people in. False advertising.

If the owner or main manager (not exactly sure his role) isn't working the line, this place turns into garbage. Poor service, lack of care when making sandwiches, no communication.Why am I greeting you and telling you that I would like to order something while you stare silently at me? Why do I need to ask if you are going to continue with my party's order while you stand at the oven staring at it while it toasts one sandwich? Why do you think that loosely wrapping a sandwich where you watch all the toppings and sauce fall out onto the paper is acceptable and you shouldn't try to reroll and keep the sandwich together? And most importantly, why do you say nothing and just stare as us when we politely attempt to talk with you?I don't want to keep track of certain employee schedules to know if I'm going to have a good experience or a terrible one. Today was the last visit even though its location is convenient for us. Good quality only matters so much when the service can be so poor.

Best, cleanest subway I’ve ever visited. They actually take the time to make your sandwich and add the ingredients carefully, rather than just sloppily throwing it on like other subways…

Every time I go into Subway there's a problem I can understand why when I walk in there was a woman making sandwiches she tells me she's only taking online orders which is ridiculous I've never heard of that going into any Subway she stays she's the only one making sandwiches but I was the only one inside which she could have to take care of me I've been there plenty of times with one sandwich maker this is something I believe she made up so I did call and file a complaint on her waiting for a response Subway if I could give zero Stars I would
