I call to place an order for chicken and shrimp loaded potatoes, I was told it would be about 30 minutes cause the grease has been replace.(Which has nothing to do with what I order.) I said ok... I went up to the restaurant 50 minutes later to pick up my food and the food was not ready.. I was than told again that the grease has been replace and it would be about 15 more minutes.. I wasted my time coming on my lunch break...

That chicken Philly I had last night was trifling. Chicken was burnt bread was soggy and cheese was dry my fries was cold I didn’t see no onions. I was so disappointed because I was really hungry and the food pictures they have look good but the food was not. They ran out of chicken wings which is my favorite thing from there but that chicken Philly I had last night was horrible. Barely any Mayo it was just bad. The chicken was so hard and so burnt along with the cheese I had to chew 3 times more than usual.

The food wasn’t bad, but the customer service was the absolute worst. I’ve gone in there at least three times and the staff said that didn’t feel like making what I was trying to order or they just decided to close early. There are much better places to go & spend your money.

I ordered the Shrimp and Salmon Philly ($18) and it was PHENOMENAL. Magic sauce on the fries and the food was perfectly cooked, I couldn't have asked for more - take it from a Chicagoan, this food is worth the long wait times. Speaking of which, the wait times are LONG. For the Philly alone, which I placed an order for at 6:50pm, it wasn't ready until 7:35. I placed another order for the Chicken Soul Rolls (x3 for $10) when I got my first order and was told the wait time would be 5 minutes maximum. I ended up not getting them until 7:50pm. Would've taken a pic of those too, but after waiting an hour I got hungry.Furthermore, the menu they have on the TV when you first walk in is out of date. I was told by Umar that he stopped bundling the sodas with the food about 2 years ago, however, no mention of it was made until I asked for it. I was also told to pay separately for them, even while it's actively advertised on the menu. Not a fan of the lack of transparency here.When I ordered, the payment options were Cash or CashApp/Apple Pay (direct, no tap). There were debit and credit card companies on the window, but they weren't accepting anything but the two options at the time. They are on DoorDash for delivery.All in all, I'd recommend the food, but with a note of ordering ahead of time to compensate for the wait time, and double check your food. I noticed the Soul Rolls were cut in half beautifully, but they shorted me on them. I only got 2.

Called at 9:30pm and they answered to say they were closed! I guess ill never try their food. Considering there are no other restaurants besides B&M in the area….you would think they would stay open!??? But..oh well….

Dude has the nastiest attitude I've ever experienced at a buisness.. the wings are listed on the website and in the store at one price and he charges me 2.50 and then tell me that I ordered something that I didn't. I know darn well I didn't because it's something that I can't eat. I'm allergic to it! But i paid for it anyway. I came here once yrs ago and couldn't remember why I never came back. Well I remember now. And the food looks way better than it taste. The best thing here is the bottle water! And I watched him grab the fries to put in the grease with out gloves on.

I ordered 2 wing meals and a chicken philly. I was underwhelmed by the taste of the food. I was expecting better. The half of the food was not prepared the way I asked for (the philly). Very disappointing because I was told this was the place to come to. However the inside was clean and neat.
