First time going to this restaurant and I LOVED IT! Had the Au ju in the mood for chicken..and it was DELICIOUS! Chicken was tender and well seasoned..asparagus was cooked just right! And price wasn't bad..even with a cocktail!

Based on our experience for dinner on Valentine’s Day, I would not recommend this restaurant. It looked promising online but sadly wasn’t nearly worth the $200 we paid.
We had the choice between the special 3-course menu ($70/person) or ordering a la carte. The gag was that we saved $10 by ordering the same meal from the a la carte menu that we could’ve also ordered from the special 3-course menu.
The Brussels sprouts app was tasty but drenched in sauce, so they weren’t actually crispy. Both entrees came out comically cold, and my $60 steak was very fatty and partially raw (pictured - ordered it medium). They rewarmed/remade our food and brought me another steak, and between the two cuts I probably got close to the advertised 11oz.
All the staff we interacted with - hosts, runners, and our server - were warm and friendly (shout out to Kenna), but you could tell there were hiccups with the service. Dishes from multiple tables went back to the kitchen, there was a long wait for food, and runners would bring food to our section but somehow didn’t know which table to bring it to. The people at the table next to us waited so long for their food that they paid and left after finishing their bottle of wine, cancelling their food order.
Otherwise, the atmosphere was pretty nice - the restaurant had a fun vibe with good music and was decorated for the holiday. Unfortunately, it got really cold at times because people were constantly going in and out of the back patio door, and sometimes the door didn’t close.
I would probably not go back to this restaurant.

I found the pictures online to be kinda deceiving or should I say misleading. It could just be me. I thought it would be a nice restaurant off the water but it's more of a dive bar vibe you can sit down and eat at.

Had a comically bad Valentine’s Day experience here. When we were seated, the hostess walked us through the restaurant, outside, and down a flight of stairs to an absolutely freezing downstairs area with dim lighting and no atmosphere. Initially, we were seated next to an empty, small bar covered in dirty glasses. Our table was obviously some kind of temporary setup and it was blocking the door to the outside (fire hazard much?) there was also no restroom downstairs, so to use it you had to walk upstairs and outside again through the patio. not ideal in 20 degree temps.
The staff was as accommodating as they could be, eventually moving us to another table in the same area and truly trying their best. i don't blame them for the experience at all. we heard several other patrons complain about the freezing temperature. service was slow and at one point the server informed us that our entrees were being remade because they were sent to the wrong table. so we didn't get our entrees until 80-90 minutes in. our server brought us complimentary brussel sprouts and comp'd a round of drinks to try and make it right. but the food was also mediocre and the entire experience was pretty regrettable. we wished we had stayed home, and we're unlikely to ever return.

As first-time patrons of your establishment, we are extremely disappointed and frustrated by the unprofessionalism and lack of consideration shown. Not only did we book a month in advance, but this was a special day—our daughter’s Sweet 16—Canceling her birthday dinner reservation the day before because you decided to accommodate another event was completely unacceptable. This not only ruined an important occasion we had been planning for months but also showed us that your restaurant does not value new customers. We expected much better and will not be giving your business another chance.
This restaurant almost ruined my birthday last night. Don’t be 5 min late to your reservation they’ll call you and cancel. Very unprofessional on the phone this restaurant called us to make sure that we were not going to be late which is odd. We told them 8:50 the latest due to parking. Our dinner reservation was at 8:45 and they called us a second time at 8:50 asking us if we already knew what we wanted as if they wanted us to place all of our orders over the phone and that their kitchen was about to close. Your website says 9:45 for kitchen closing time!! We had just all parked in a nearby lot and were walking to the restaurant at exactly 8:50. Who would’ve thought that being five minutes late, they would cancel a reservation even after stating that we were close. It would’ve been 2 more minutes max of walking. My assumption is they were either trying to leave early or they gave someone else our reservation. Most restaurants give a 10 to 15 minute grace on reservations, but not with this one and she was extremely rude on the phone. We decided to go to Sora , the accommodated us quickly and customer service was great.

We had a large group. Had reservations. Half the group never received their food nor drinks. Waitress to busy socializing with a table of 6. They were very unorganized. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very high prices for average, poorly-prepared food. It took over an hour for our party to get drinks and appetizers. The kitchen couldn't even make fries correctly, they came out clumped together, half under-cooked, half overcooked, some burned. I'm glad we decided to leave before ordering anything else off their expensive menu.

In regards to the last review from Jasmine. We sat right across from their table. Henry was very attentive to them and worked hard to serve this table. It was obvious from the start that nothing he did would have been enough to please this table. A little grace goes a long way. Kudos to Henry for how he handled this ungrateful group on a very busy weekend night with a staffing issue!
