Service took up to 1hr 30 minutes to get your food when you finally get your food, you need to check it because most of your items that you ordered are missing or just barely some in the plate. I asked for green apple Kool-Aid I got purple just overall waste of money in time came way across town for that too.

They cook the food fresh so there is a wait but it's worth the wait.

Man I had been told this place’s food is Hell good. Well I tried for myself today. I had a wing dinner with macaroni & cheese, and greens…The chicken wings were slight salty, and greasy. The Mac n cheese had too much pepper in it, and OMG…the greens were SALTY. WELP I tried for myself😑

You all should have better customer service by letting the customers know before they order their food that you all are out of certain items on the menu. I have ordered a wing dinner when I got my food back my wings was not cooked the way I asked, and it was the wrong sauce on my wings and the collard greens was very salty.

Food was delicious but service wasn’t good I wanted a hour in some mins for my food had to consistently ask for my food multiple times than I got my food I ordered 6 wings they gave me 4 wings the employee don’t have good communication on the order when I kept asking them I had to ask for the manager the lady took care of me she was helpful

Ordered Philly steak egg rolls and they were the worse egg rolls I ever tasted, couldn’t even enjoy them because they were super dry and burned. Also my blue kool aid was super hot I asked for light ice and got it with no ice I’m not a satisfied customer unfortunately. Save your money and order else where.

My mom wanted to try this place because it was her birthday and because she seen an older gentleman on Tik tok rate this place & he spoke highly of them. We tried to call in an order & the young woman answered the phone and stated they only accept orders in person. We live in berea, Ohio a little bit of a drive. My husband gets there and was automatically told is an hour and a half wait…. If it wasn’t for mother’s birthday 8/31 I would’ve told him to leave. We ordered a plethora of food. The shit was salty as all get out. I ordered salmon over rice I couldn’t taste the flavor of anything just SALT! My daughter ordered chicken wings she liked hers no complaints. My husband ordered a wing dinner with a side of mac and string beans he stated the chicken was good and he couldn’t eat the sides because it was too SALTY. My mom ordered the soul rolls, chicken with yellow rice and greens once again the sides were super SALTY! We easily spend over $120 on food that wasn’t eatable, and it was my mom’s birthday and this is what she wanted…. SMH. I’m absolutely speechless how this place is still doing business! Shame on you management for allowing this type of food to leave your establishment!

Ordered the wing snack with honey lemon pepper catfish and a side of greens with a side of dry Cajun rub. I received Cajun wings instead but they were pretty busy so I looked past it because the wings were good hot and fresh. The fish was on point but the greens though perfect in texture were toooooo salty for me. Would still go back though for sure.
