I used to go to this place all the time when they were originally located in Tremont (years ago). I don't know what's happened since then but they have changed.Came back to Cleveland after 7 years away only to discover that their vegan/dairy-free options are now a 1 week pre-order (back in 2015 they carried a couple options in-store).Additionally, they used to carry low sugar options made with Splenda. When I called, the person who answered the phone either wasn't aware of that fact or straight up lied and claimed they "never" had those.Sad, this place used to be so great.

Awesome customer service!! Went and placed my sons 16th birthday cake order. While there the atmosphere was very welcoming and we felt very comfortable!! I cant wait to see how the cake turns out!!

First, I need to start by saying I've never visited the physical location. However, I've gotten their sweets delivered many times. My partner is in school so I send his treats like cookies, brownies and cupcakes after exams! We also ordered a custom Patriots football-themed birthday cake here and they did an amazing job!!! After sending many deliveries to my partner, I was finally able to try them myself. We got an assortment of cupcakes, ranging from cookies and cream, their classic cookie monster, mocha, red velvet, mint chip, and more! So so delicious and rich!!! Sweet but at the perfect amount. I'm craving some now as I write this.... might need to order some...

This place is as good as it gets! The cutest little cupcake and cookie shop on the west side without a doubt. Walk in this cute cozy little shop and you're hit with the sweet aroma of vanilla and sugar. Their set up is adorable they have very limited seating which just means they are an in and out shop. They have everything from cupcakes to sugar cookies, pretzel rods, Rice Krispies, Whoopi pies and more. The selection process was hard in that I wanted to try everything, but I ended up with salted caramel, wedding cake, caramel macchiato and strawberry cheesecake. I was so excited to get these home and $11 I was on my way which for me was a deal! Now to the important part...the cupcakes right?! So all four of the cupcakes I picked had filling inside which was sooooooooo great to have because it kept them moist and delicious. Full of flavor, not dry, not too airy either, perfect frosting to cake ratio and it was perfect size to leave me satisfied but not stuffed like I've found with other cupcakeries that have bigger ones. The taste was delicious, truly tasted like I was eating a Starbucks drink, even had a coffee bean on top of it! Strawberry cheesecake tasted like the food humor bars you got as a kid from the ice cream truck. The salted caramel was my favorite and the filling I was literally licking off my fingers, not too salty not too sweet literally the most perfect little cupcake. The wedding cake one for me was my least favorite in that the frosting got messy but I think that was my own fault, and the edible bits on top were a bit tough for my teeth, taste wise it was great though. The worker, I think her name was Sarah, was so pleasant and welcoming. Walked me through all the flavors and ordering and even how I can get a custom cake made and all of the jazz. Located right on west 25th by the market I think they've got a gold mine and I'm so excited to come back and try their seasonal cupcake flavors!
Looking to satisfy a sweet tooth? This might be your next stop. This bright colored shop offers cupcakes, cookies, chocolates, hot chocolate bombs, and other goodies. Located on W.25th St. near a pizza place and short walk to the West Side Market, expect to look for street parking in this busy area. On a cold Saturday afternoon I was lucky to find a street parking spot just around the corner. Maybe the cold temps helped me secure a close parking spot. lol I chose the wedding cake flavor cupcake. Many other flavors were sold out. The cake was good and the fancy silver pearls made it stand out. Sadly there are no vegan options here to purchase while in store. There is the option to order vegan cupcakes in advance (only chocolate or vanilla). The cashier was sweet enough to mention Foressa bakery nearby that does offer vegan options. :) I hope to be back to try a cookie or brownie next time!

Lots of varieties of gorgeous-looking cupcakes, cookies, and sweet treats, all at very reasonable prices and with super-friendly service. Even when I stopped by late in the day, they still had plenty of cupcakes available, so I couldn't resist their "signature" cookie monster-inspired cupcake. Not to mention several more, which lasted a mere day even though I'd tried to hide my takeout box in one of my kitchen cabinets so that it wouldn't openly tempt (or taunt) me. I'll certainly be back to try more items like their rainbow cake. Thanks Yelpers for yet another solid, local, independent find in my very own backyard!

Not only are these the best cupcakes I’ve ever had the owner is seriously the sweetest person I ever met. My mom loves the carrot cake cupcakes and gets them every year for her birthday. The pandemic made it hard for her to get out to have her favorite this year. Not only did she help make sure my mom got her favorite cupcakes she helped me order through Uber eats so I could have them delivered while I was at work.
