Got burger not what I ordered, wanted well done, and Bacon, not well done, no bacon!!! I'm a burger person! Not satisfied actually didn't eat but a quarter of it!!!!

I actually like the food here but they seem to have a hard time getting your order correct. A month ago I ordered Spaghetti & Meatsauce for which they charged extra and then gave me spaghetti with no meat sauce. I made the mistake of not checking my order before I left. I didnt bother driving bach up there. I returned two weeks later & ordered the same thing, also advising them that my previous order was incorrect. Thus time I had the meatsauce but they gave me the wrong noodles. I asked for spaghetti but the gave me rigatoni. I keep asking myself how hard is it to get an order of spaghetti right. I do like the food but Im probably going to find another Italian spot because this place is too inconsistent when it comes to getting your order right. This is what happens when you deal with an operation run by black people. Very unfortunate!

Horrible for lunch. I have no idea what the night menus like. Ordered my food at 1100 am. Got there at noon, and it still wasn't ready. Had to wait another 10 minutes. Then once I got it. My burger was slightly burnt on the bottom. Fries were cold and dry. Tasted like they reheated some from the night before. I'm good. For $12, I have no problem spending my money somewhere else.
After giving this place numerous chances I've realized that they will never be the place they once were. When your food is priced up there, the quality of preparation, as well as the customer service needs to match. I have yet to have a decent experience here.. I called about my food and the manager was extremely nonchalant, never apologized for any inconvenience (knowing I traveled from the west side), I then had to ASK for the food to be replaced. Never asked my name and even forgot what food I ordered AFTER I told him TWICE! Bedford is dangerous and shaker needs real help. Sad to say no one I know will patronize this place if i can help it.
