Had time to kill before my flight. When to Panini’s near gate A6 for a couple drinks. Sat at the bar for at least 10 minutes before the bartender took my order. I had 2 bloody Mary’s and my check was $44.91! A bit steep and not even that good.

We had a group of 6 people that had time to kill before our flight. After we found a table, and seated ourselves, we waited and were completely ignored. Not one of the three waitresses even acknowledged or approached us! We had to go to the bar and order our own drinks. Again we waited and were ignored until we requested service from the bartender. Then we were told there was no food available. Unbelievable! A restaurant with no food left on a Monday. The service there was terrible and I recommend not going there!

I generally enjoy Panini’s, so I decided to stop in while waiting at the airport. I had some extra time and figured a sandwich would hit the spot. Luckily, I did have that extra time—because it took almost 40 minutes to get my food.

The server apologized and blamed the lunch rush, but with only about five groups in the place and plenty of empty tables, it didn’t quite add up. That said, the server was friendly and even shared his own music playlist, which made the wait a bit more enjoyable.

As for the food, it was exactly what you'd expect from an airport-based chain—nothing special, but it did the job. Just be aware of the potential for long waits if you're on a tight schedule.

We had a very disappointing experience at Paninis in Concourse A. We ordered two Reubens and a Polish Boy and ended up waiting for over an hour. During that time, we checked in with the staff multiple times. The first two times we were told the food would be ready shortly. On the third check-in, we were told it was just being bagged — only to be told moments later by a different server that our food hadn’t even been started.

For an airport restaurant where time is critical, this level of disorganization and lack of communication is unacceptable. We left frustrated, hungry, and seriously questioning how this place operates. Would not recommend if you're on any kind of schedule — or if you expect basic service.

Service is ridiculously slow for an airport. A “to go” sandwich took over 35 mins, the place is almost empty too. Horrible.

I am at airport and just paid $40 for food. My sandwich was forgotten!!! On my flight and my panini not in the bag This is not acceptable. Whoever was working Cleveland airport paninis Sunday weekend of Memorial Day at 3,30 pm should be fired.

It’s a bit over priced here, even for airport standards. I got two cocktails and a Caesar salad with chicken and my bill, without tip, was $69 :/ I wasn’t given an itemized receipt and the workers were too busy for me to ask for one.

Just maybe order one drink from here if u really want to waste ur money 😞

The reviews left me fearing the worst, but if LaCie is working and you can get one of her tables, you'll be well taken care of. She's as nice as could be, and sold me without hard-selling me.

Stay away! I travel into Cleveland frequently… every single time service is horrendous… lady with gross tatoos and wearing a sleeveless shirt while serving food. Gross!

We have eaten here many times and have loved it. Until today. Horrible barmaiden. Our salads took over 30 minutes to come which meant we couldn’t eat them. Blew $50. And had to throw away the food because we had to board our plane. Bartender wasted so much time and cooks apparently hadn’t even started making our simple salads 30 minutes later when we had to leave to board. Because of them I won’t get to eat for 24 hours.

The OLD rental car facility here was in a great location, right where they built that now-abandoned Terminal D. The new facility: not exactly easy to find.

Food was way above my expectations. Chili was full of meat and beans not watered down. Chicken quesadilla full of chicken and cheese and cook just perfect. I would recommend this as an airport eatery

Food is fine.. server very nice.... but 4% for a CC!? Your processing company does not charge that much for a transaction... so your adding a fee to not only cover your cost... but actually making money on a CC surcharge. If anything not having to handle cash saves you money. In all, this is pretty shaddy.
