Not my first pick for restaurants, was a sister outing with the husbands. The food & service were very good. We had hummus with veggies for an appetizer. I had the Flavor Savor Special and the wife had the Taza Chicken Salad, both were very good and plenty enough to take some home for the next day.

Love, love Aladdin's! However, it took our waitress 10 minutes to greet us and ask us what we'd like to drink and another 20 minutes to bring us the water. Our food took forever to come out and then we didn't have silverware and then our salad didn't have dressing. And I could've gotten the boxes our selves. Shouldn't take 1.5 hours to eat a shwook twook pita and a salad. Next time I would probably order to go and at oeast go shopping while the food is made.

Wow. Wow. Wow. In a day and age when we doubt humanity still exist, it does here at middleburg Aladdin’s. To set the scene, I am moving in the middle of winter with just a pregnant girlfriend. The house we bought is trashed and was never suppose to be. Drowning in a rough weekend we make a pit stop for some great food. We got it to go and they forgot the dressing for the salad. In the middle of perpetual crisis weekend this almost had me in tears. So I call to let them know they forgot the dressing not even knowing what I wanted to fix the situation being 25 mins away from that location. In comes a hero, Manager Kayla. She listened, she promptly responded in a way I could have never imagined. Took care of lunch that day and got us lunch they next day. Said she understood and went beyond even the definition of great customer service . Such a wonderful human that deserves to be recognized in every way possible. Keep up the amazing work. Thank you again.

Another restaurant that's located directly in front of where I live and I pass by it 1 million times but other than having a Lebanese uncle I know absolutely nothing about Mediterranean food. Went for a walk on this snowy snowy day and found first watch to have an hour wait and they just opened in the last 30 days so I walked back in the plaza and decided to stop here. Absolutely gorgeous place very bright very light very clean good color scheme. Carpeting is stellar; was seated right away, server admitted she was there only a week. Brought warm pitas out with my beverage choice. Weren't a lot of people here at noon on a Saturday (which changed the minute I arrived like everywhere I go) but they do have a huge huge menu. Server knew her menu inside out, very impressive. Since I know nothing about Lebanese cuisine, I had no idea what to order so I opted for plain ordinary salad, the presentation was superb very beautiful to look at. It was a cucumber, tomato, cheese, mixed greens with turkey, and I was surprised to find that they grilled deli, thin, sliced turkey rather than using real turkey chunks. The lemon tahini dressing had no flavor. But worked my way thru the entire salad and was delighted with my choice. Delicious! Was surprised that the bill arrived so high since I had already checked on line to see the cost. Mentioned to manager who checked me out and she was angry about it saying it had happened a time or two recently and she was going to discuss it with corporate but before I could turn and walk away, she handed me back my $20 and compd the meal. Now that was going way way way above and beyond service, and I did not mention it to her for that reason; just wanted her to know so it didn't hurt her business if not corrected. I left slightly miffed cuz I didn't want my money back, just the knowledge that I had done my good deed for the day. Great place to dine so don't miss the chance to try authentic Mediterranean food, saw many dishes come out while there and all looked great with happy customers !!!!

My wife and I are on a layover so yelped a place for dinner. I have to say this is how you do it. Clean, nice setting, friendly staff, food feels like home. I've been to many Mediterranean restaurants and a few Lebanese. This is the best Lebanese and a top 3 Mediterranean spot for me. If I lived close I'd eat here several times a month. Price point is perfect. Portions are awesome. Started with the Stuffed Grape Leaves (Diwali) and Falafels. Amazing! Then went straight to the Specialties. My wife had Genie's Combo Plate. Everything was delicious. Chicken, Rice w/Vermicelli, Hummus, Salad, Fried Cauliflower and Pickled Turnip. Came with a side of "Hot Sauce". It's like a not-too-spicy dressing, really good! I had Jasmine's Favorite Combo which has a different rice with vegis, beans and spices that is a home run. Soooo good. Had it with the lamb which was perfectly cooked. Served with a tahini sauce. Not one thing I had was average. It was all great. Desserts too! Too many to choose from, we had carrot cake and walnut baklava. Both good. Seriously, this is one of the best restaurant experiences I've had in a while. Blessings to this place!

Service was good. Lentil soup was not good at all. Very bland with little flavor and seasoning. Their fresh juices are good.

They used to be one of my favorites but they've let me down a bit. They have gone from consistently good to just meh. And they will cancel your online order last minute because they're out of something instead of when you place the order almost 3 hours ahead of time. Rockside Road location has been solid though.
