I saw all the bad reviews and still decided to try it myself… Worst customer service. I ordered over the phone with the older lady with the missing teeth working there. When I came to pick the food first the short light chunky man came out acting annoyed. Then she came out rolling her eyes getting loud talking about I didn’t order cornbread. If she didn’t hear me order it it would’ve taken two seconds to add it to my order but instead she decided to get loud with me. They need to just shut this location down

I hate to say this but I will NEVER go back there! Decided to go there to grab lunch. I ordered the saulbury steak and rice and greens . At first it smelled good. I had it at my desk and my coworkers kept mentioning something smell rotten. I didn’t connect that to my food until I got home and decided to heat it up. And my god!! I wanted to vomit from the horrible smell. I thought it was over when I threw it in the trash, but no! I had to take out my entire garbage because of the rotten spoil smell and spray air freshener. NEVER AGAIN!! They are wrong for selling rotten food and charging for it!!!

The absolute worse chicken, sweet potatoes and corn muffin I have EVER HAD. Idk how this supposed establishment is still open. This food was the most tasteless, disgusting soul food in the entire STATE OF OHIO. Save your money and time. It’s so bad I wonder if I can report this place to the BBB just for the quality of food.

Absolutely terrible!! They serve old meat. The customer service was very disappointing, the manager was rude he had no remorse for serving people food that can make them sick. This place should be investigated! Just disgusting serving people trash just to make some money.
