This place is very dirty with a horrible smell! Can't believe it's open, how can a place like this ever pass a food or building inspection!

My food was delicious. Pancake breakfast, with home fries, turkey sausage and eggs. The only negative is the amount of syrup with the meal, but because I didn't pick the order up, I didn't know more would be needed. I'll definitely order again and tell others.

We came across this place online and decided to give it a try out of convenience to where we were staying. We were immediately welcomed by the friendliest lady as soon as we entered. The food was some of the best we have ever had. I highly recommend the salmon patties and home fries with onion and peppers. We had exceptional service. My son is a type 1 diabetic and upon hearing this the lady that waited on us found some sugar free syrup for his pancakes without us even asking for it. I'd like to thank the good people of Annie B and Earl's for their good food, kindness and adding to the enjoyment of our visit to Cleveland. ?

Visiting from Florida and we found them on Google and decided to give them a shot…. Definitely struck gold!! The food is amazing, flavorful. The prices and service are incredible. It felt like we were family when we left! We wanted to make sure it wasn’t just a one time fluke so we decided to go back again the next day and again they did NOT disappoint!! Everything from the fish to the French toast was delicious! ? ? my family and I highly recommend… can’t wait to come back to Cleveland to eat here again!!

??????This place reminds me of Mom and Pop's kitchen that serves good quality home cooked meals. It is located near downtown Cleveland on a main street. Atmosphere was pleasant, spacious and clean. Decor need many upgrades. Overall appearance I would rate it a 2.5. Upon entering the facility, we were greeted with exceptional customer service skills and were ask to seat ourselves. Our waitress, Ms. Summer❤️ was very attentive and made us feel that we were her only customers during her very busy shift. ??The food was hot and fresh upon arrival and was received within 5-10 min after we ordered.It is wheelchair assessable and appears to accommodate 90 - 100 people. Many breakfast selections from the menu and the prices are affordable.??I will visit this facility again.
