This is my experience with the Antonio's store in Middleburg Hts OH on 2/26/2024. At 1834 hours I ordered two small pizzas for delivery online. Delivery time was approximately one hour. After the order was complete I selected the tracker.
At about 1910 hours the tracker showed my pizzas were ready.
At 1925 hours it was still not showing my order was out for delivery. I called the store, Talking to a female. She advised the driver was still out making deliveries.
At 1944 hours I called again to inquire about my delivery. I was informed by a male, That the driver had not returned to the store yet. I advised the male to cancel my delivery and I wanted two fresh pizzas made since I am on my way to pick my order up and do not wish to pay for pizzas that have been sitting now for about 30 minutes.
I arrived at the store about 1950 hours to pick up my order. As I entered the store there was a female making a pizza. She did not turn, say hello or acknowledge that I was in the store till she was done. Asking if I was picking up. I advised yes, then I asked for my delivery fee back. The female handed me a receipt (trans 00M0B183229) showing no fee. I inquired as to the refund and how refunded. She said to my card, I advised her that my card did not message me the change and I hope I did not have to return the next day to get my refunded fee. I was then informed that the delivery driver had been out delivering since 1919 hours. So the driver had left without taking my order with him. That was done and waiting. I advised the female that customer service here was very poor. I express that I could have been informed that the driver just left 6 minutes before I called and that it would be some time before his return. And if I was informed I could have made the choice to pick up my order. She got upset and retrieved a male who claimed to be a manager. He approached me with a dumb founded look on his face. I advised him that customer service was lacking and stated I was tracking the order online, Which he replied Antonio's doesn't have tracking. I asked him if he was calling me a liar and if I did not see what I saw online. Not a word came out of his mouth. I asked him if he wanted me to show him the tracker online, Still not a word out of his mouth. Advised him that after the first call I made and the store knowing the driver was going to be out for an extended period of time. They should have called me to advise that the one hour approximate delivery time was not going to happen. The manager continued to look at me dumb founded stating well I called, so why would they need to. I asked him to please explain to me how a pizza sitting out of the oven for well over 45 minute could possibly be hot when arriving. He had no answer. Then he told me not to yell at his workers because the female was now in the back of the store crying. I am sure your store has video and audio to check to see if I was yelling, which I was not. I advised him that I thought the customer service was poor and left. As I was in front of the store, backing my vehicle up to leave. I saw the delivery driver returning to the store. It is now a few minutes after 2000 hours.
So that would mean if I did not go pick up my pizzas, They would have been delivered about 2 hours after ordering.
I have not been in the food service business in over 40 years, So I am unaware how corporate America is running food service nowadays. Yet as a consumer, I do know that my experience at your Middleburg Hts store should not be how food service is done. Come to think about it, were my pizzas remade or did they just toss the old cold pizza in the oven to make it look as if they remade them?

PS I truly hope you watch your in store video before you discuss this with your manager of the store. My opinion is he is not very good or suitable for the job.

I order from this location very often, few times a week. My absolute favorite.Very consistent.Spot-on pizza and the pizza nuggets are also delicious. I'd recommend lite pepperoni, well done LG Pizza & Italiano NuggetsMessed up my order once, and they were more than happy to replace it.Excellent service.

To get delivery I have no choice but to order from Midtown. Phone service is not friendly and I almost never get everything. Usually missing the sides like Cole slaw this time I received the coleslaw however after specifying the RaysNAmazing sauce that is supposed to come with the lb of fries I did not receive I know it is not a big deal just aggravating!

I put in an online order for a small pepperoni pizza with red bell peppers, but I either misclicked or the website glitched and my order came in with Freddy peppers and a ranch base. I expressed how I didn’t mean to order either of those things and the manager was kind enough to offer to make a new pizza the way I wanted. I really appreciate him going out of his way to replace it and it only took about 10 minutes.He also said I could have the old pizza and at least try it. Aside from me not being able to handle spicy peppers, it was very good!

Best pizza in the world! Every time I am in Cleveland Ohio I have to get Antonio’s pizza and house salad! We have searched for pizza comparable to Antonio’s and have not found anyone that comes close! Their sausage on their pizza is simply the best!

First time ordering. Was referred by a resident from where I work who raved how good the pizza is.And he was right!We ordered the Sicilian square 6 cut.It was *very* good! Beats any of the competitors in the area for taste.Delivery was quick and as promised.We will definitely order again! ??

The pizza here is excellent! That's all I can say. The staff is very nice and attentive. It's close to home and I'm happy with their service. I came originally by accident because Marco's dropped the ball with their app and I couldn't order on line from them.
