I mean it’s Applebees. If you’re been to various Applebees throughout the decades then understand what I mean. Never had an issue with takeout or my orders placed inside. I just hate the pricing of everything nowadays lol

Got 1/2 price appetizers during Happy Hour. Definitely love the Wonton Tacos. Son got the Sampler appetizer. All great! Definitely recommend esp if you want to save a few bucks.

If I could give you guys a zero I would unfortunately I placed my order through DoorDash for the whole Order to be messed up I asked for certain things not to be on my food due to your allergies and still receive everything that I didn’t ask for I pay for extra sauce and different cheese and even though it may sound a little petty, I paid a pretty penny not to be able to eat nothing that was delivered…. I’ve worked in fast food so I know it can get pretty hectic from time to time, but for the whole order to be Incorrect with Multiple items is insane. It is not OK to give somebody what you want Them to have When they’re paying good money And paying for delivery You guys are Are the worst Applebee’s in Cleveland And when I mean, the worst, you guys are the worst the most horrible Applebee’s I’ve ever ordered from!!!! You guys need to do better

Tried to eat here ... waited 10 min for table, even though there empty tables everywhere. Apparently they were understaffed ... but that is no excuse for leaving waiting customers (we were not the only couple waiting for a table) guessing about status, how long a wait ...

With short staff and last minute finding out about a 20 person reservation lunch, I will say our waiter Barry and the manager that was called in earlier to cover another managers shift (who did not inform him of the reservation) on duty did a wonderful job, they showed patience and stayed professional, Thank you and Thank the cooks for everyone's meals being on point. As far as the manager who did not communicate this, shame on you.
Took a minute to be acknowledged when I walk through the door to pick up my order that I had placed after picking up the order the fries were extremely cold and hard and Soggy there was expired lettuce on the chicken sandwich

You have to highlight the EXCEPTIONAL moments in life when you meet EXCEPTIONAL people…THALIA is the epitome of excitement service and COMPLETELY represented AppleBee’s to its highest standards. She was beyond words EXCELLENT!!! I also want to thank Antony the manager. He was perfect host.
