Service was lacking. We waited to be acknowledged when we walked in. A server seated us and then we were left alone for a bit. Our server (not who seated us) finally greeted us and disappeared. We finally got drinks (water) and finally ordered. Had to ask multiple times to get refills on water.

When we walked in and were asked for a table or booth, we said table. The girl took us to a booth. When we asked if we could sit at a table she took us to a high table/ booth in which my husband was unable to climb up on. Again we asked if we could sit at a normal table to which she replied no due to table rotation. So we went back to the booth. We received our drinks and appetizer in a timely fashion. It took over 45 minutes for our meal to come out and when it did they had all 3 of our plates mixed up. I received my Mac and cheese and garlic butter for my steak by the time I was done eating. We were there around 9 pm and the whole time we were there, this little girl kept running in and out of the kitchen, and up and down the high booth area. I give props to our waitress Nikki, she noticed the mistakes and apologized for the inconvenience.

Morgan was our waitress, our whole time being there she didnt get us a refill. went through the whole appetizers and meals without, she kept scanning the table as well seeing our empty glasses and never asked us is we needed anything and walked away from the table before we could ask

I took my son there for lunch, however when we got there we waited 10 minutes to cone to our table, our server ended up taking her break, they brought out the food which was ok, however, after sitting there & eating my 10 year old pulls a knife from his seat, he sets it on the table, the staff apologized, honestly that's very dangerous & my son could've sat that knife. Oh & the ribletts were nasty.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Ordered the Strawberry Balsamic Salad. Just got a salad with lettuce and chicken. When called to question it the person on the phone said they didn't have strawberries. Don't you think that you should contact the people ordering to let them know they won't get what they expected?? And the girl who answered the phone was not very professional and didn't offer to compensate any way.

After bringing our food, we didn't see our waitress again until she brought our check. Didn't come to see if we were satisfied with food or wanted a drink refill. A tip was still left, along with a polite note.
