Potato cakes are back!!!! This is the main reason I stopped at Arby's on W 117th St. When I put in the directions on my phone I was disappointed to hear this store had 2.5 stars but figured I would be good with potato cakes. A friendly voice greeted me immediately and I added a roast beef slider to my order. A very brief time later, I was driving home with hot potato cakes and a cute little slider. The building seems to need some updating. That does not affect the food or service.

Went through orded food this evening. Had to repeat the order 4 times. Get home order still not right. Took forever to get the order but got to lusten to a guy(employee) stand at the counter complaining about every customer. Get your act together Arbys. Take your bad attitude to the back and pay attention to the orders. Some of orders things because of allergies don't want to drive back and forth because your mad a previous customer and can not lusten long enough to take a order.

Learn to make orders right, train your staff, treat your customers better, this store is a mess and the parking lot is literal death trap for a front end of a car oh and answer your phone. Does anyone even run this store?!

Forgot my sauce for my French dip. And paid 50 cents extra for cheddar I never got. Mind you after waiting in line for 20 minutes. Place has gone so down hill.

First two small meals cost $23 and it was like a play ground inside with employees playing around like 3yr olds and then I got home and realized they didn't give us our fryes !!!!! Tried to call no one picked up witch I'm not surprised cuz of children working there .....over all a very bad experience and will never return

Don’t support this place do not shop here you have been warned. Most people have had crappy food for so long they don’t know what good food is and this food wasn’t that good for the price I paid. My meal was partially edible and cold along with partly smashed like someone squeezed it in the wrapping. Arby’s on W. 117th St. There’s a huge pothole when you enter the driveway to the drive thru from the street. I didn’t get my moneys worth! The prices are over inflated. They forgot my extra cucumber sauce for my Gyro. They gave me a Sprite instead of two Cokes. The cost for a Reuben meal and a Gyro Meal was $29.00! Outrageous! This place is so old and in disrepair that is needs torn down and rebuilt with a full complement of staff. If not close it down! It’s the slowest place for fast food and the quality of the food and service is subpar. Waiting in drive thru for almost 20 minutes! It’s 10:25 pm on May 8th 2024. It’s this way during the day too. The drive-through attendant made me repeat my order six times and she still got it wrong! The sign doesn’t light up all the way, and sometimes they don’t even turn it on. Building is in bad shape. However Arby’s has no problem taking my money. The value of what I’m getting doesn’t meet the price that I’m paying. It is very likely that I won’t be back until changes are made. The workers want $15-$20 an hour working at fast food places, but they can’t pay attention to detail and the quality and speed of service sucks. If you wanna make that kind of money, you gotta give great service and a great product with a good portion and a correct and accurate order.
