I was in town for a concert and stopped in here to catch the beginning of the Bills game and get dinner. Everyone on staff was really nice and quick. Food was very good and affordable, I will definitely come back when I’m in the area.

We go there every year for the anniversary party, which is where we met.

Our server was so nice! She got busy with a wedding party, but took such great care of us. 100% recommend it. We were a little hesitant because the other reviews said a younger crowd, but it was amazing. You have to watch the crab races! Hope to be back again soon!

Well.... I was gonna check this place out as I enjoy trying new places.. however er came across this review an would like an update from the company
Is this true? You allow your staff to steal from consumer's & then get nasty when they try to resolve the theft?

Caution to those deciding to go here on a Friday night with your friends: do not trust the clientele around you in this establishment. A close friend was roofied at Around the Corner tonight and had to be taken to the hospital. Someone placed a drug into her drink while we were in the karaoke room.

Around the Corner may be fun and enjoyable if you are careful, but this could happen to you too should you choose to visit this location to have drinks with friends.

The environment fostered at this establishment later into the night is loud, crowded, uncomfortably over occupied by single men, and unchecked by authoritative staff members.

Around the Corner you are great during the daylight, but it’s not safe at night for your customers here. I don’t trust this location in Lakewood and you shouldn’t either, exercise your own caution while here and do not under any circumstances take your eyes off of your drinks. The single males who visit this location are not your friends.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Visiting a good friend working in the area for the weekend for the first time in a long time. All approached and were told our ID’s were “ fake “ claimed they were going to take our cards but after someone got on the phone with the police they “ graciously “ gave them back. Multiple security guards gave us trouble trying to get them back. Handled completely unprofessionally and rude. Save your money somewhere else.

Me and two of my friends went here from michigan got denied for having “fake” ids. Horrible service and bouncers. As soon as we called the cops they willingly gave us back our ids, as a “favor”. The entire staff was rude to us and unprofessional.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. We were celebrating a friend’a birthday out on the patio, started around 7. We stepped out around 11, when we came back to the door the security told my husband he wasn’t dressed appropriately… while wearing a nice T-shirt, dress shorts, and nice shoes. AFTER we had just been out on their patio spending money for hours! This ignorant “security guard” proceeded to let other men in with normal graphic tees in. To add context the bar was dead… and the DJ was horrible. Save yourself time and go out in the Flats.
