Placed a DoorDash order got the wrong item. They sharpied over someone else’s name and gave me that order. When I called the first thing their “manager” said was someone took my order so they decided to give me the order that was meant for the other customer. Then he put me on hold and came back saying my order never came up and they don’t know what my order was, but my name is on the bag. When I pointed that out he hung up and didn’t answer me back for a few minutes then tried to say I hung up.

This is not auntie Anne’s, my teeth hurt, that pretzel is a freaking brick, so hard to bite into. Disgusting.I’m throwing it out.

Salted pretzel was over cooked which made it hard and tough to chew. Very disappointed. I’ll stick with the Auntie Annes located in the shopping malls!

It’s in the worst Walmart in the country so what do we expect, bad service, poor quality, and lousy low life employees. I’ll never shop in that area again bad bad decision whoever thought it would be a good shopping area. These are all people from East Cleveland, section 8 welfare who do what ever the hell they please. Disgusting area and people.

I was in wal-mart with my family, after my family had cashed out, i went over to subway to get me some Auntie Anne's, i wanted me some nuggets, but then i seen the pizza pretzel, i asked how much, and it was a little over four dollar's, it was good, i will be back for another one

Says they close at 9 I show up at 8 and they aren’t opened! What’s up with that? update your hours!

I wanted to make my sons birthday extra special today by surprising him with one of his favorite things to eat Auntie Anne’s. Instead I was the one in shock when they delivered me this inedible food. They’re taking people for their hard earned money. Why would they even bother sending this out? #ripoff

Not sure what's wrong with this location (it's inside the Walmart), but one thing is certain, and that's that the people behind the counter need to be trained better. One of them didn't know the pretzel bites were called "nuggets" so just looked at my friend blankly when she ordered. The nuggets were not in the correct cup - they were served in a Subway cup (the kiosks are connected), and were not nearly the amount of nuggets that were supposed to be served. The pretzel my sister ordered, which was supposed to be plain, had cinnamon and table salt on it.Although the pretzels were hot and the consistency of the dough was good, all the pretzels were way too salty and most of the salt had to be brushed off...and even then, the pretzels were too salty. Not a great location, try a different one.
