Just got an original salted pretzel. It was soft, buttery and very good, but not exactly $7 plus good. But it's the airport. Got a black coffee. Hot, but bitter, but the price was alright. $2.39 for a 16oz I believe. Still drinkable. The young guys working there at both spots: Aunties & Cinnabon were nice.

I had a fantastic experience at Auntie Anne’s in the airport (concourse B) The young lady working there was so friendly and helpful. It’s not every day you get such great service at an airport! I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m through. Highly recommend!

Located in CLE airport. Always a must stop when passing through, mostly for the fab Gary who works there, and seems like lives there as I see him so much! He always has a pleasant, welcoming attitude & huge smile, which is so rare in customer service many places these days! Always a pleasure and puts a smile on my face during travels. The pretzels always reliable, but the service top notch!

Pepperoni pretzels were disgusting. Tasted old and very greasy, like it was left under a heat lamp for a long time.
I'm not sure if this is the concourse B location or not but my experience was there. However, Gary went above and beyond! He was exceptionally kind, and helpful, friendly and welcoming. He really made my day better, I had a bad start to my day, and sometimes all it takes is a little extra kindness and compassion. Give Gary a raise and a promotion. Gary cares. Be more like Gary. That's how you lead by example. Thanks Gary, sincerely a weary traveler who you made my day better, with just a simple act of kindness.

I like Auntie Anne’s as a general matter. On this trip I was merely seeking coffee. The coffee was ok, and the price was low. Service was quick.
If the girl behind the counter (between C2 and C3)could have any less enthusiasm or friendliness she'd fall over and die. More interested in her phone
