Awesome views. They were out of the poke bowl and was offered to comp the chicken to my Cesar salad. Our server was so friendly and gave great service. Drinks were tasty and strong. Went on a Tuesday so I'm sure it can't compare to the weekend rush. I went before it closes for the season- so if you're wanting to check it out from out of town be sure they're open!

The evening manager on October 2, 2021 was very rude. Her name was Kelly flowers. They booked the wrong time and accused us of being late when and actuality that is not true. We had the email as proof. If anyone is thinking about booking an event there… Do not do it.

If I could give zero stars I would. The saving grace for us the night of Oct. 2nd was our sweet waitress Katie-Ann. I made a reservation over the phone from 6-10 with a Jared Whitley. He sent me a bottle and platter menu and I preordered bottles and platters on the 17th of September. When we arrived on the 2nd I was told that my reservation was from 5-7 and that they could no longer honor it because they weren't sure we coming. The night manager then really acts like there was nothing she could do for my party of TEN. She basically said we were out of luck. I asked her to find out if Jared was here. She walked away and I called the liaison for assistance because the night manager was rude and very dismissive. The liaison apologized for the miscommunication and said that they would honor my 6-10 reservation, they were going to start accommodating us. It begins to rain, so we let our waitress know and she said she would see what accommodations could be made for us indoors. Kelly Flowers the night manager then comes out to our assigned section and precedes to say that because we made the reservation so late (Sept. 11) that they could not make accommodations. It was unacceptable. At this point we had spent well over a thousand dollars & her attitude was coming off again dismissive and disrespectful. I told her she needed to get her manager. Someone else came up and said that unfortunately that they didn't have the space and that we could stand up front and once tables became available we could push them together. His hands were tied, he apologized for her behavior and let us know that we did not have to interact with her anymore. Unfortunately we all have decided that as lovely as the view was we will not patronize Metropolitan at 9 nor any of its establishments. It was utterly unacceptable.

Hellooo!! I went to this rooftop while visiting cleveland. The rooftoo is nice. Well designed. Music a bit loud. Great views.They do not serve anything hot. Dont even try to have a coffee or a hot tea. You will be sent elsewhere to have a hot drink. So I had only a margarita. Done. Signed my check and kept on rolling.Days later I found out an overcharge in my card. I had to call twice to speak with mr isaac who patiently and without any apologies fixed the issue and refund my overcharge. Of course isnt about the $1,44. It about the principals of not getting ripped off for a server/establishment.Please check your statement after visiting this place. This is the best advice I can give yall.

Really cool rooftop bar with good views of Cleveland! Floor 12 when you enter the hotel. 4 star because not one server came to our table to take care of us, had to go to the bar for drinks but thankfully the bar staff was amazing!

The drinks are good, but the service is hit or miss. The male who is always at the front seated us and told my partner who was in a t-shirt that "there's no athletic wear here." I'm shocked this worker had the audacity to call us out based off of how casual the rest of their clientele were dressed. We are from Toronto and trust me, he was dressed perfectly fine for a midday drink. Our waitress was not friendly and nowhere to be found. I flagged down another waitress who was not serving our table since our original one had not come by for 30 minutes- she was happy to take the order, but the original waitress then came back and threw the bill including only the drinks SHE served us which seemed petty. I can tell Azure is trying to be some sort of hot spot attempting to attract a certain clientele, but being from a bigger city I can tell you just because your servers are wearing bikini tops, this doesn't justify being rude.
The food was barely warm but our waitress was kind and the manager (I believe) came over and apologized for the stale chips and dry Buffalo sliders. The drinks and atmosphere are definitely the highlights. We had the pain killer and spicy margarita and they both were amazing.

I've been here a few times and it's never been as bad as I experienced tonight. Waited for an hour and a half for food, never came. Finally got a refund for it and wasn't comped anything. Worst service I've ever experienced at a place and highly recommend not coming here.

Azure has amazing vibes and views! Beyond that, the management and staff are beyond kind - my sister got engaged there last weekend and they provided a bottle of champagne to celebrate! Highly recommend for a night out or special occasion.

A terrible experience! I was expecting Sunday brunch but they aren’t serving food due to “staffing issues.” However, I later seen the waitress bringing food up from the restaurant. The drinks are mediocre at best and overpriced. I am very disappointed because I love the decor and atmosphere. Please do better The 9 is beautiful hotel! I paid $33 for one drink and a side of guac and chips smh

Decent views is about it. Lazy and slow bartenders that did not know how to make certain drinks, much less watch the rail for customers. This was not a short staffed issue, they simply chatted it up with co-workers and were very slow and disinterested. Never saw a manager/owner walking around greeting guests. Pretty much a ripoff for what the experience truly was.
