We have tried B&M BBQ in the past and raved about it. However, just ordered dinner for memorial day and cannot be more disappointed. Ordered bbq wings. Sauce was great but did not disguise the fact that the wings were so dang dry, they were inedible. Same story with the rib tips. Some were straight up petrified; enough to crack a tooth on. Peach cobbler similar disaster, tasted artificial, like straight out of a can. Crust was soggy, not presented very well. Thankfully, pulled pork was good as were the sides. It was a bad night, perhaps it was a busy day. But I expect more when paying inflated delivery prices

I was so disappointed in the service and food over a year ago! My daughter requested the chicken..But I figured a lot can change in a year…I was dead wrong! The service and food is still absolutely disgusting! Today, I bought chicken wings ($40) worth for my family! Got home and they were nasty, burned, over cooked and dipped in sauce! I called them…the one on the Westside of Cleveland and the person had the nerve to tell me that they were fresh! I told him not to insult my intelligence because I know old food when I see it! I would like corporate to refund us and hire some people that can cook and who cares about the customers who spend their hard earned money! Next time I’ll just cook at home and avoid that God awful place!

I've heard about this location for years but never dropped in and finally had a wing dinner covered in sweet bbq sauce with fries and coleslaw. It was inexpensive customer service was amazing no attitude made me feel like family and the food was delicious. Definitely returning soon to try other menu items

This is sad 34 dollars for two meals the pork chops was cooked in corn meal and it was so tough and hard that I almost chip my teeth and I got a rib tip dinner and the tips was small and it was only 7 of them with double Mac n cheese it was about 4 table spoons of a double Mac n cheese wowwwww this is sad B&Ms on Belair rd and I tell everybody to go there wowwwww ??????????

I grabbed a chicken dinner today and it was horrible, full of grease the fries taste like they was from save a lot, full of grease and hard. I couldn't believe it! It wasn't the b&m sauce, taste like Walmart bbq sauce!! This can't be b&m... Never again!!!!

I use to come here for year's up until 2019 and the food was always good and fresh . I grabbed a chicken dinner today and it was horrible, full of grease the fries taste like they was from save a lot, full of grease and hard. I couldn't believe it! It wasn't the b&m sauce, taste like Walmart bbq sauce!! This can't be b&m... Never again!!!!

The fish was spoiled. Took a bite it smelled and tasted terrible inside. Called and went back it was replaced with different kind of fish. Owner said my original fish was fresh but it was no doubt spoiled rotten and this would’ve been noticed upon cooking and proper management of food items. Regardless it’s unacceptable and it made me sick. The Mac and cheese and greens were extra salty that I could not eat either. The fries were hard and greasy. The wings were extra small and not breaded like the other locations. The sauce and coleslaw is also not the same as other locations. Will never return.

The food was excellent, I ate them wings so fast I don't even remember chewing them. The sauce is amazing and so was the gentlemen who took my order. I will definitely be back again. Keep up the good work guys.
