Friendly place with a lot of regulars. The bartenders are great. Today it was Sarah. She's friendly and professional at the same time. The regular menu is predictable but good bar food. But always check out the specials for homemade soups and more. Today I had the special: breaded pork chop with home fries and mixed veggies which was great at 15$. Cozy place. Great juke box. Check the joint out.

A great place to enjoy food and drinks with friends.I went to The Highlander with a couple of friends and we had a wonderful time. The brewery offers a variety of food options, including the amazing flatbread pizza that is attached to this post. The service was very quick and attentive, and the staff was friendly and helpful.Parking was easy and close, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We were able to find a spot without any hassle in a lot attached to the building.Overall, I highly recommend The Highlander for anyone who loves good food and drinks or wants to try something new. It is a great place to enjoy a meal with friends, and the prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. I will definitely go back soon.
Initially felt an unwelcome vibe but as the night progressed, the bartenders and patrons warmed up and were a bit more friendlier. The bar itself is small but clean and has a cute patio in front. Cook Lisa was the entire BOMB ? the entire time! She made me and my friends feel so welcomed and all the food we had was really good. Wings, pretzel bites, skins, and drinks were good. She gets the 5 ⭐ for service

Always a good time when I visit here. The female cook is fun but can also cook very well. I highly suggest their wings and mozzarella sticks! Small bar but you can always find a seat. Keno is popular and you can buy/pick your music. Bartenders are ok but the owner is super sweet.

I would give it more stars if it were possible. We are from out of town and stopped in while visiting our daughter. Went in on a Saturday afternoon around dinner time. The bar is small, all of the tables were full and most of the bar stools were occupied. The bartender, Lauren, asked how many were in our party. She then re-arranged some of the local customers at the bar so we would have room. The local customers could not have been more friendly or accommodating. Lauren was overseeing the whole operation - working the bar, serving the food and making sure everyone was taken care of- all with a smile on her face. Additionally, the food was outstanding and the beer was cold. The entire experience could not have been better. Thank you, Lauren - we will definitely be back on our next trip into town.
