Worst ecperience I've ever had. We had never been here and we're on our way to buy a car. The employee charged us for food the didn't have to make, wouldn't refund us, gave us the wrong drink, proceeded to yell and cuss at customers after she was already screaming at someone in the back. I emailed the company several times stating what happened and asked for a refund and provided my phone number. I've never heard anything back from them, it's been about a week. Would give 0 rating all across if I could.

I went in after work to order a three wing special they only had chicken legs and thighs available I ordered two legs with fries and sauce on both they told me 15 minutes I came back in to grab my food only to find out they cooked the room chicken then proceeded to tell me it wouldn't be that long to remake it after waiting over 30 minutes for two chicken legs they did not accommodate me at all I still forgot the sauce on my food I don't think I will be returning after this this has happened too many times the weight being long and my food not being right

10/10 best sauce in town!! I got the rib dinner with Coleslaw and fries. The ribs were meaty and fries were fresh! I love that you can actively see the owner cooking fresh ribs daily!! And that banana pudding will have you ready to slap yo mama!!!

this place needs to be shut down i feel sorry for the manager working her butt off while the heavy set black girl working with her just set on her butt with a fan in front of her on her phone with beats on not even paying attention while the manager asked her to take care of other customers she acted like it was a bother. I ordered food 2 rib dinners and 2 pulled pork sandwiches which I've not even tried yet I'm sure the food is fine but this places floor was so greasy and nasty it was like ice skating as for the customer service I asked for sauce on the side and was asked did ya pay for it which I said no so she proceeded to ring me up and never even received it while a door washer came in to pick up a order the heavy set girl was so rude like it was a bother to do your job she gave him attitude I feel sorry for anyone having to deal with that young girl don't want to work find another job as far as the store the health department needs to come see what you got going on i saw 5 major violations just from the counter employee wearing slide shoes cross contamination all over no dates or times on refrigerator items etc

Come on man!! Dropping wings back in the oil. Refrying to sell. Sauce can't hide overcooked refried tiny wings. Need to be real about your cameras. Workers cutting corners. Can't come back. Too many issues. Rude workers and food quality dropped totally off. No competition lead to laziness. Door wide open to somebody doing barbque right. Wide open!!!

Black owned well ran businesses. The food quality is excellent. The owner is pretty cool and take pride in his business highly recommended

Very very impressed with the food and with the man behind the counter. Is not your fast food experience. Obvious care is taken in what you want to eat.

The young lady who took my order at the front counter was sweet and friendly. The food was disgusting. I ordered the perch dinner with sauce on the fries. They put maybe a tee spoon of sauce on the old, nasty fries. How old? Who knows? Trifflin... The four pieces of fish were closer to fish nuggets in size. They were greasy, and 1 piece was partially cooked in the inside. The Cole Slaw was pretty good! And there was a couple of little black burnt. Things in the Styrofoam container. I guess it was whatever was floating around in that nasty grease that they probably cooked the fish in. They should really be ashamed of themselves. Smh. Rev. Duane Landrum. I promise I won't go there again.

Putting my polish boy on a regular piece of bread is diabolical..... I'd rather you tell me you didn't have any buns left but there's no excuse for that either with a Sam's club right next door to y'all....

I ordered the rib and wing special. The wings were tiny and tough. The ribs had little meat on the them. The french fries were the best part. But for $14 with pretty lackluster barbeque sauce, id rather go to McDonalds.

Service was slow but OK. Cook time took over a half hour sitting. Glad by boss wasn't being a stickler about our half hour lunch break.

The whole crew all agreed it was OK at best. The music was loud enough for a night club.

3/10 would not go back.

First time coming to this location since the one across town is temporarily closed. Great food and great service. A little far but definitely worth the drive
