Ordered the teriyaki bowl with brown rice & wontons. Left my stomach feeling horrible. The bowl was not too pleasing to me the chicken was overcooked & dry, the whole bowl was very bland tasting. It was over hyped by a few of my coworkers which led me to try. the wontons were okay tho. Won’t be coming back though.

I worked with Mitch on a catering order at one of the local hospitals. Mitch is absolutely wonderful to work with, he got back to me quickly to review and confirm the order. He was right on time with the delivery and kept in touch when on he was on his way. The set up was beautiful for 20 people and everyone loved the lunch. It was fresh and delicious. I’ve worked with many caterers over the years and I can honestly say that Mitch is hands down one of the best I’ve worked with. He is extremely polite and very professional. It also just so happens that that food was delicious too. I highly recommend this restaurant for any of your catering needs, ask for Mitch. You won’t be disappointed.

I hope this place is here for years to come. As someone who has lived in both Cleveland and Toledo, I’m so proud to see Balance Cleveland still going strong. And with incredible reviews!! Bravo.
Toledo loves Balance, I have yet to visit here but as someone who has visited the original location(s) for about a decade now, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Walked in, doors open with a decent amount of time until close. Lady at the counter told me she wouldn't serve me and that they were closed - mind you 10 - 15 minutes before the store actually closed.
Lazy, lazy people working there.
First time at Balance Grill and I’m officially a fan! I’m in Cleveland performing in Blind Injustice and needed something tasty, healthy, and satisfying to fuel me through tonight’s orchestra rehearsal — not an easy task when you’re hungry and on the go. But Balance Grill came through in a big way!
Huge shoutout to Emily who was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the menu. Her recommendations were spot on — I tried the Wiseman Bowl, BangBang Tacos, and the Raspberry Bliss drink. Every bite (and sip) hit the spot! The flavors were fresh, bold, and balanced (pun intended), and it was exactly what I needed.
If you’re a fan of Chipotle but want something with more variety and an Asian fusion twist, this is the place. Affordable, delicious, and packed with flavor. Emily’s attention to customer service made the experience even better. Thank you for the pick-me-up — Balance Grill did not disappoint! I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town.

Balance offers a simple yet satisfying menu where you can watch your meal being prepared through the glass-enclosed kitchen, which is impressively clean. We built our own bowl and added Buddha and Wise Man sauces, with Four Star sauce on the side. As an Indian, I loved the Buddha sauce, but my friend enjoyed all three. We also ordered Bang Bang Nachos and Creamy Wontons. The nachos were delicious, especially with the Bang Bang sauce served on the side, while the wontons were just okay. Prices are reasonable—not cheap but not too expensive. The ambiance is peaceful, with a quiet setting and greenery. Service was okay—one staff member was friendly, while others seemed busy. Overall, a good spot for a fresh and tasty meal.

Great spot for a healthy meal downtown. My wife and I liked everything we got. The Budda bowl was really good. I got the Wiseman (Szechuan) sauce as well (both the Budda and Wiseman sauces were served on the side) and it was fantastic. We also really liked our bubble teas - my wife thought her original milk tea was one of the best she's had. My sweet red bean bubble tea was outstanding. Really nice place for a casual meal - could also see myself getting some work done here as they have a number of tables with easy outlet access. Great place!
