Originally found out about this place in Toledo . 10/10 for food quality , customer service as well as a very clean place . Food taste delicious and clean . My new go to place .

Balance offers a simple yet satisfying menu where you can watch your meal being prepared through the glass-enclosed kitchen, which is impressively clean. We built our own bowl and added Buddha and Wise Man sauces, with Four Star sauce on the side. As an Indian, I loved the Buddha sauce, but my friend enjoyed all three. We also ordered Bang Bang Nachos and Creamy Wontons. The nachos were delicious, especially with the Bang Bang sauce served on the side, while the wontons were just okay. Prices are reasonable—not cheap but not too expensive. The ambiance is peaceful, with a quiet setting and greenery. Service was okay—one staff member was friendly, while others seemed busy. Overall, a good spot for a fresh and tasty meal.

Great spot for a healthy meal downtown. My wife and I liked everything we got. The Budda bowl was really good. I got the Wiseman (Szechuan) sauce as well (both the Budda and Wiseman sauces were served on the side) and it was fantastic. We also really liked our bubble teas - my wife thought her original milk tea was one of the best she's had. My sweet red bean bubble tea was outstanding. Really nice place for a casual meal - could also see myself getting some work done here as they have a number of tables with easy outlet access. Great place!

I grew up near Toledo and have loved Balance for years, so I was so happy to see that there was one in Cleveland when I moved here. The veggies are steamed perfectly, there are so many delicious options, they are thoughtful in sourcing quality food, and the restaurants are always clean and welcoming. I cannot praise Balance highly enough, you guys are inspiring!
Had Balance cater for an event on a Sunday, and they did a great job. Right amount of food based on their per person calculation. Received a lot of compliments from guests. Mitch was more than accommodating and went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Work for a company downtown and order catering from Balance regularly. They are the BEST. Everyone raves about the food whenever I order it. Mitch has always been amazing to work with. During Covid they would take individual orders and put names on them. Now we're back to buffet style and the food always arrives hot and is always delicious. He's so accommodating, saving me many times with last minute catering orders. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I've eaten in the restaurant, always a great experience there, as well.
