I finally had the chance to stop by Ball Ball Waffle while the Chinese New Year festival was happening. I definitely plan to return to dine in another time because it was so busy but even then the experience was still pretty good. Staff were kind despite being absolutely slammed with customers.

The waffles we got were cookie dough and say cheese with bacon and I'd definitely order those two again, but there are so many options that look appealing. It's doubtful they will be revisited given the range of options available. The say bacon with cheese waffle was savory and very snack like - it was definitely enjoyable and the dip was a little spicy. The cookie dough waffle with condensed milk was delicious/definitely a great dessert.

I highly recommend both and will return to try more.

We had a weekend trip to Cleveland, OH. We found this small place (next to the Park to Shop market) through a YouTuber's video. We tried Taiwanese Milk Tea - it was so good, it tasted of strong black tea which I like, Affogato, Matcha Chocolate Waffle and Say Cheese with Bacon Waffle. They were delicious, the waffles were crispy outside, and soft inside. Only one Chinese man did the order, made the drinks and waffles all by himself at that time but he was professional. We did not wait too long and it was worth the wait. Good for snacks. It's just that the shop is small and they have only 2-3 tables.

They have THE most authentic Hongkong milk tea! Smooth, very flavorful, not sweet at all (the milk tea should never be too sweet!)
Egg waffles are amazing too.

A quaint café with very tasty drinks and waffles. This café is a charming spot to relax and enjoy a treat. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making you feel right at home. Their menu boasts a delightful selection of beverages, each crafted with care. And let's not forget their waffles – they are simply divine, with a perfect balance of fluffy and crispy. It's the perfect place to unwind with friends or enjoy a quiet moment alone.

The milk tea and other drinks are tasty and worth the ride to the Asia Plaza Mall where this small restaurant is situated. The parking is free, the prices very reasonable, the staff members are friendly and helpful. I went for milk tea each day I was in Cleveland for a long weekend and was pleased each day. The locals seem to know that the food is good as well.

If you are looking for a break from the chain coffee and tea places, give this spot a try. I am grateful that I inadvertently came upon it.

Found this warming instruction for the egg waffles form ball ball Waffle House three years after I moved away from Cleveland. I miss the warm little shop so much for their Hongkong milk tea and mochi waffles. The owners are such humble people who make sure they offer the best to their customers.
