In addition to egg waffles, they also have Hong Kong-style milk tea and coffee, which are not expensive. There are many flavors of egg waffles. If you order the matcha mochi flavor, you can also choose a sauce or add a ball of ice cream for $1.5. The egg waffle itself is not too sweet and is pretty good.

Food - 2/5Service - 5/5Ambiance - 2/5Price - ExpensiveOrdered a Portuguese tart, and waffle with Chocolate sauce. The tart was not good at all, and waffle was super dry, it was hard to finish the waffle. It was expensive based on the food.Overall, it wasn't worth the visit.

Excellent milk tea that wasn't too sweet! Was too full from lunch to try the waffles but will definitely be back!

Very convenient location for those who go to Park to Shop because it's right inside the plaza. The cheese waffle was savory with a great texture that balanced crispy and fluffy --the sauce was so addictive. I loved the chewy texture of the matcha mochi. The Hong Kong Iced tea was so good I ordered another one. I don't really know how it should taste but it the taste was reminiscent of brown sugar boba for some reason.

Love their waffles!! So far I've only had the sweet, can't wait to try the savory! Service was friendly as well

Love Love Love this place. Favorite part of Asia Plaza. My favorite is the SAY CHEESE Waffle. Get it with extra cheese and bacon. Do not leave without their Iced Hong Kong lemon tea!Parking: If you can't find a spot near the grocery store or the other entrance(closer to Ball Ball Waffle), there is a lot across the street offering free parking.

It's usually hard to find Hong Kong style milk tea, but Ball Ball has it! The custard tarts are also really good. The owner is super friendly, and the space is great.

Ball Ball was pretty great. Super delicious treats. We visited during the Asian Festival so it was packed and only had the waffles for order, but we'd love to visit any other time to try the rest of their menu.

Fantastic food! Just as authentic as the food in HK. Both egg waffle and tea were awesome!Located in Asia plaza, parking should not be a problem, but occasionally too many people come, and you will need to circle around to get a space.

The place is great. Their specialty coffee like the Spanish Coffee or the Iced Coffee with Coffee Jelly is the kind of thing that can fix about any bad day. And the waffles are so amazing. Not to mention the people behind the counter are always the textbook definition of kind.

What a lovely spot. I ordered the bacon and cheese traditional bubble waffle and iced milk tea! Very unique and welcome combination of flavors.

Yumm! My fave is the mochi mochi waffle. So delicious and fresh. I also love their egg tarts! Everything is freshly made so it will take a bit because they’re usually busy. But worth the wait! Def recommend if you are in the area.
