I have visited this place many times but on 3/8, there was so much unprofessionalism. When customers have a view into the kitchen, everyone should be aware of that. The cook who was wearing gloves was hugging other staff while wearing the gloves and didn’t change them before touching food again. There was a young server with braces that was back in the kitchen dancing and spinning around with her long hair not in a net or bun. Luckily I had my food already or else I never would have ordered after that. The only professional person I came across was the bartender. He was attentive to everyone at the bar, never left food in the window that was his, and cleaned when he wasn’t busy.

They stopped accepting Priority Pass through Chase on July 1st, 2024. Hopefully management can work to restore their partnership.
Decent food, good service.
As airport bars go, it's fine. The service was a little slow after I got seated and the food selection isn't great but the quality of the food is good.
The size of the side of fries is frankly ridiculous and should serve two people. Solo travellers wanting a burger and fries will end up with more food than a human being needs before a flight. I left a lot of fries uneaten. This isn't a compliant address much as it is a heads up to others.

On my way to Chicago from Cleveland Hopkins airport my gate was right next to Bar Symon never heard of it before I had no idea …just plopped down at the bar order cobb salad and a sprite. The salad was enormous and every ingredient on there was fresh. The restaurant itself is clean and the staff is professional, and very friendly prices are excellent as well.

Went there on June 26 with family . There was a young AA server . She spilled tray with water and glasses over us . Did not apologize or asked us to move ti another table . Was extremely uninterested in taking the order . No smile at all . Considering all these things it makes us believe she deliberately spilled the water over us and baggage.

Was here for breakfast before my early flight. The French toast - order it. It’s your new favorite breakfast!!! If I could’ve finished it, I would’ve. It’s one slice but oh my!! Perfection.

I used Priority Pass. I ordered coffee and spinach salad without bacon. The staff were friendly and pleasant. Apparently Priority Pass covers up to $28. I couldn't pay the tip with my Priority Pass balance, so I paid $5 in cash and left it on the table. If I was hungry, I would have liked to try some burgers.

Melissa provided perfect breakfast service! Our food was out within minutes and prepared with the modifications we needed (gluten free bread, no red onions). The food was simple but delicious and fresh. Well done all around!

Dirty dirty dirty. Mice running around, employees don't clean a thing. The floors are disgusting, about 3 inches of dust on everything, the kitchen looks like a kitchen nightmare episode. They're so dirty that they're being shut down unless they completely change everything. Mice running around everywhere. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here for food. Do yourselves a favor and avoid.
They can say my review is false and a "conflict of interest" all they want lmao i dont work tor them and the eyes don't lie. Learn to clean. Disgusting
