I came for just a nice dinner that turned out to be the best experiences I’ve had in Ohio City. It all started at the door, with the beautiful & sweet Nautica. She greeted us with a smile & sat us immediately to our liking. The food was PHENOMENAL from flavor to temp, my drink was DELICIOUS & everyone was so accommodating especially my server Scott. His upbeat personality & knowledge of the menu made my dinner experience very worthwhile. I WILL BE BACK.

The food is amazing. Our table of 4 split the pep pizza, ricotta, beet salad, fried and gnocchi. We also got desserts! Everything was delish. Our server, Scott was absolutely the best. He helped guide us on what to get / are the most popular items on the menu. Scott is very kind and patient. When we come back, we will be requesting Scott as our server!

Beautiful place. Good drinks. My salmon plate was excellent. Great fall desserts shared. Scott (our waiter) is a total pro! Entire table left full and happy. We enjoyed the early evening experience and will definitely revisit.

Great restaurant, but don’t valet. Car was broken into and they said cars are being broken into every night. I thought u valet with expectation of car being safer than if I parked myself. Will not return just because of this experience with damage to car. 2 windows shattered and mirror broken
Me and my husband visited Friday night. It was our first time there and we expected good food, drinks and vibes. We only got 2 out of 3.. The food was not up to par as we expected. The drinks, the service and the atmosphere were great though. Definitely will come back for the drinks and atmosphere but NOT the food!

We visited for a for a friend's bachelorette party. The service was good and the food was amazing! Our server even went out of his way to give us fun recommendations for after dinner. The interior design is beautiful and creates such a unique experience and atmosphere.

We had a fine experience at Bartleby overall. The food was fine. Steak was a bit tough and chewy, but the fries it came with were good. The mushroom ravioli was pretty good. Appetizers wise we got the arancini and the ricotta. Ricotta was the better of the two. But I will say the drinks there are quite good and I would recommend this place for the drinks. The space itself is very large and beautiful, but it was overall fairly empty which made the vibes seem a little off overall.

My fiancé and I have been here many times and were looking forward to celebrating her birthday here. In the past the food and service has been amazing, however, tonight our entree ticket time was over an hour. Once we received our food, it was not good. My steak was almost inedible, and so was her chicken. Truly disappointed. I will say, Jason, at the bar, is absolutely incredible!
