Terrible place, don't even try it, donuts are stale and the Baskin Robbins side may have three flavors, Indians own it and are running it into the ground. Absolutely no customer service to be found.

Do not, I repeat do not get a sundae here. If you do you need to ask for 10x the amount of topping. Got a fudge sundae and there was a teaspoon (not an exaggeration) of topping. Waste of money.

$4.27 for a small cone when you can go to McDonalds and get it cheaper. Seen tubs of ice-cream thrown in with the ice-cream you scoop out. Then some of the ice-cream had other flavors mixed in. Go to Mitchell’s instead.

They’re awful. This is the closest baskins Robbins to me so I use to always waste my time going here to grab a mocha blast but Everytime I would go they either ran out of the mix for it or the blender they use wasn’t working. It’s like McDonald’s and the ice cream machine not working but worse because in a place that specializes in mixed drinks, how can their blender never work? And it’s not like it happened for days in a row, I’d go every few weeks and it’s always either the blenders not working or they don’t have any mix. I stopped wasting my time going there and just made the longer trip to the one in middleberg heights. Which even tho it’s 10 mins out of my way, is still way quicker than this one, no matter how long their line is and they’re at least $2 cheaper on everything. They’re always way more busy than the one on Lorain, yet they never run out of mix or have broken blenders. Don’t waste your time here.

I ordered a Hot Fudge Sunday I received the ice cream with barley a drizzle of fudge and it was far from being HOT!! Worst Sunday I have ever had and they have the nerve to charge $4.80 for it!! I tried to get a second Sunday.....they offer the hot fudge and strawberry.....they were out of strawberry topping.....UNBELIEVABLE!!! You only offer two toppings and can't manage to keep both of them in stock!!! This will be my last trip to Baskin Robbins!
This store is the worst store they want to charge you an extra fee to mix 2 different ice creams on a shake. They have an attitude video rude comments on the voice intercom while you're making your order. They tell you that you can't mix 2 different flavours of ice cream which I never heard that before. Also the shake when I got it was watery didn't put enough ice cream it was like just a milk drink don't even know what their doing there
