Pizzas were tasty if quite salty, but they weren't cooked through - dough was raw in the middle of all the pizzas This has happened to us before here when getting takeout, but never when dining in.

Atmosphere is very dreary and old inside. I gave the young girl 3 stars because she appeared to be the only one working and was doing a decent job. The pizza? Tasted like a frozen one that was already cooked and then reheated. I only ate one slice. The waitress asked if anything was wrong and I said no because I don’t like to complain. But my bf told her how a Margherita pizza is supposed to be made (he went to culinary school years ago). If you want authentic Italian pizza, go to Carmella’s, Congin’s, or Mama Santa’s.

The pizza used to be excellent before they closed down and reopened.
We went Friday ordered a pizza tasted like a frozen pizza you would buy at the store.
The dough was made from poor quality flour and the sauce didn't taste like it was even cooked and bothered my stomach later.
I complained when asked how everything was but nothing off the bill.
I won't be going back

The Bistro offers great food and drinks! There’s a comfortable lounge on one side and a dining room on the other. The food is great and the people are too. Give them a try! You won’t be sorry.

Server was bad. Food came out wrong. She offered to redo, although it already came out 20 min after my dinner dates meal arrived. I said no. Ate less than 25% of the entire meal and she was so generous and took only $3 off the bill. It was a $17 burger and fries. Well, my tip reflected her inability to do the right thing.

The pizzas here are literally to die for! They have a decent drink list from tap beers, bottles, wines, and cocktails. There is a cute patio in the back for those warmer months. The servers and owners are very nice people who make you feel very welcomed. They do have salads and other choices on their menu, but I can never get past their pizzas...from their mashed potato pizza appetizer to their "Utopia" entree pizza. They are always perfectly cooked and use fresh ingredients.

The wedding soup wasn't very good! Then I went up and put the crackers in, and they were stale! I ordered the stuffed peppers, and they were pink inside ! Very disappointed! We just moved to the neighborhood, and we thought we'd give it a try

Hit up this place after some disc golf one weekend. Pleasant place with nice welcoming service. The food was good, but where this place truly shone was their drinks. They were outstanding, refreshing, and absolutely delicious.
Very slow getting service and our food brought to table. Longest I've ever waited for my food to be prepared. To top it off 3 of us had salads!

The food is well prepared and even has an artistic flair, and there's a lot of it. The beer prices are reasonable and the ETOH %s are listed for each drink. The servers are comely and enjoy their work. The Bistro is one of the best places that Euclid has, until that is, Paragon is rebuilt. Great place for special sinners, oops dinners...lol

This is mine and my wife's number one go to spot. The food is spectacular the menu is not large but the items they present are always prepared deliciously and the service is top rate. We go there at least twice a month and while the bill is always between 84 and 100 dollars is always worth it I've been going there since it reopened.
