A wonderful added addition to the neighborhood. Happy to see they are reopened and niw selling delicious food. Hubby and I ordered the chicken /steak philly with fries and bean pie they also gave us a salad. It all was very good! If you like tea they have a wonderful tea selection. Wishing them mucg success!! I will most definitely go back

At first I thought the building itself was condemned. But once we went inside, the fresh smells of baking pies hit me like a tall wave. I fell in love with their sweet potato pie. The lady who helped us was by herself baking and my heart went out to her.They need a larger building. They DESERVE A BETTER BUILDING. Visit. Please.

I'm in love! This is my first time ever trying bean pie and let me just say, you will not want to share even a bite of it. LOL I have always wanted to try all the foods in the African diaspora and bean pie was at the top of the list. Hearing the rich history of it and how it unites the Black muslim community made my heart soar. It is so delicious, I highly recommend it. Eating a slice while typing right now.

I would have loved to try their bean pie, but inspite of being listed as open from 10am to 8pm on Sunday...they are extremely CLOSED at 1pm on Sunday.
