Great find. Our server, Brion, was fantastic and the manager, Curtis, was friendly and helpful. I ordered the salad with salmon which was delicious. My wife and I both loved our meals.

We enjoyed our dinner at Betts. It is a casual place with a nice menu of salads & burgers as well as several mains and cocktails. The food was good and we had great service by Quinn. It's also fairly close to Playhouse Square.

Betts is off the lobby of a hotel. My family and I have dined at Betts 5+ times now while visiting Cleveland. Excellent menu and the food is delicious. Love the decor and ambiance is this restaurant.
My server, Emily, was awesome and gave me great recommendations. She also had great timing with each course and made sure I was completely satisfied. The food was great - my filet was seasoned well and the mac and cheese was my favorite thing I ate. I'll be back next time I'm in town.

Everyone on staff was helpful and knowledgeable, and although the place was packed, there was calm and polite attention. And the food was great! My husband had the Betts breakfast and said his eggs, bacon, fruit, and Americana coffee were perfect. I enjoyed a power bowl that could be customized for my vegan diet. It was delicious! We appreciated the kindness of our server, Quinn (spelling?), who seemed genuinely interested in all of the diners he was serving.

Loved Bett's! Great vegan, gluten free, and dairy free options and everything was clearly marked on the menu. Several menus were vegan, gluten-free, AND dairy free!! Highly recommend. Great location too.

I guess I should have wondered why they had so many available times for tables on a Saturday night!! No one even came to give us water for 20 minutes after we were seated. It took another 15 minutes to get a beer! And when the food finally arrived it was not very good. My spicy Tucson bowl was just tomato sauce and rice and a few pieces of corn. Overall, this was a less than desirable experience.

We went to Betts' for Easter Brunch . All the staff from valet parking, to the host and servers were friendly and welcoming . Lovely atmosphere, great food and not too expensive. Our waitress. Sophia, was very attentive and sweet. There were five of us there and we all agreed it was a great place for a very enjoyable brunch.

Found this spot when driving through. We were so pleased with our lunch here. The service, atmosphere, and food were all wonderful. If I had one complaint it would be the coffee wasn't my favorite. Everything else was fantastic.
Went here for dinner on a Friday night at 6:30. Service was very friendly and prompt. Food was really good. It is very clean and the manager Kurtis was very kind and checked on us several times throughout the evening. Highly recommend this place.

Since walking in everyone was so friendly and amazing. Manager was very conversational. Food was SOOOOOO good. I got the “my girlfriend isn’t hungry” which isn’t only HILARIOUS it’s absolutely amazing. The bacon Mac and cheese was the best I ever had I finished it before I could snag a picture! Lily was an awesome server (and so pretty too ?) definitely recommend this place to anyone in this area ❤️

We were looking for a restuarant that was family-friendly and close to the House of Blues before a concert. Our reservation was for 6:15 pm and even though we didn't get seated until 6:30 pm, we had plenty of time for a relaxed meal and were able to leave to get to the 8 pm show on time. The food came out quick and was excellent with fresh ingredients and cooked as requested. There were a ton of options. Our server and the other staff were friendly and efficient. I recommend Betts!
