The food is great! Fresh and flavourful, far beyond what I was expecting. Love that they put actual fruit in their infused lemonades to really bring out the taste, plus you get the bonus fruit when you’re done the drink.
The staff is really friendly too, in a genuine way. Just makes the whole experience that much better.

A good quality acaì bowl. It was made fresh in front of you. I like they had gluten free options.
Personally the ratio of toppings to acaì was a little off. I would have preferred more of the acaì base to the toppings. There was a hit too much granola not my liking. It overpowered the entire bowl. I enjoyed the taste of the acaì base. I would get this again with less granola.
The place was super cute and a nice healthy option for downtown Cleveland.

Like multiple people have shared the employees are rude even the “manager”. I came on a saturday to order what I normally order but I wanted it made like a salad because a coworker of mine gets it made that way. When I ordered I was told the correct way to ask for it was “in a bowl.” Ok noted. Came back 2 days later and asked for the same thing but “in a bowl” like I was told.
The employee, a short black girl instantly got an attitude with me and said “you can’t have it that way” and I said “really? I was just here Saturday and was told to order it the way I asked, in a bowl.” She huffed and puffed, walked away, and then the manager came out asking what the problem was. I said it wasn’t a problem but come to find out the “manager” is the one that specifically took my order when I was instructed to ask for it “in a bowl.” And I told her “you were the one that took my order last time and told me to order it in a bowl, almost every time I come in here someone has an attitude or is just flat out rude.”
I get it I work in customer service so sometimes people can be rude but there was literally no reason for that girl to treat me the way she did and the manager just disregarded what I said to her, so I decided to make a review. Maybe better training on how to provide customer service needs to be held. Or better yet if you hate your job get a new one because all of them have poor attitudes. Including the “manager.”

This was our first visit to Beyond Juicery and Eatery in downtown Cleveland. The menu offered a wide array of juices, smoothies, detox drinks, wraps, salads, and acai bowls. We tried the delicious Mango Passion bowl. The clean, inviting store was easy to reach, despite the challenging parking situation in the city center - nearby garages made the walk manageable.

I work in delivery, I came to pick up an order and asked to open the toilet for me because I couldn’t stand it anymore. the girl looks me in the face and says with a grin that this is not a public toilet, I said that I came to get an order, she replied, you are no one, only the one who ordered can go to the toilet! I was told this is different, this is not a direct order ?♂️?♂️?♂️ not a drop of humanity, I didn’t lose anything from this, but your bosses suffered financial losses. I will never order from this ridiculous establishment again. I will no longer accept orders for this store
Good smoothie but the manager with the heart glasses has a nasty attitude. Being condescending because someone misunderstood what you said in regards to becoming a rewards member makes you come off like a loser who hates their job. My partner misheard you he wasn’t being rude and did not realize you asked for his name for the order. If you dislike your job then quit.

After our order was ready they put the order on the counter and asked if we were waiting for an order. They didn't ask for the name instead when I told them the name of the order they just gave it to me. Bad service
