I was really sad and came here, the food is phenomenal. Like, idk the “atmosphere” is sleek and sterile ig but that doesn’t take away from the food by any means. These employees hate their jobs and it shows. It really sucks. When I walked in here I should’ve walked out. 1st mistake. The atmosphere was the best thing in here unfortunately the employee’s bad attitude made me not even want her making my drink. Poor customer service on top of her making me a horrible juice (green machine) that tasted like nothing but celery ? ? for $11.50– she remade it with apple ? and it tasted the same just not as bad

The staff yesterday had absolutely terrible attitudes, no one greeted us and the girl that took our order didn’t say one word to us the whole time. We assumed she was ready to take our order and we stepped up, and we assumed she completed the order and walked away. When I received my order there was less than an inch of smoothie in my bowl, which I go to multiple locations throughout the month and it’s ALWAYS much more than that. When I asked politely to get it remade correctly, a crew member took the bowl to the back and came back with it laughing really hard and said there was nothing they could do. The experience was horrible.
Customer Service was horrible ordered online and waited an extra 30 mins and order was not correct waited an extra 15 mins and was not accommodated for my time and workers was very rude.

Stopped by here for lunch on a road trip and absolutely loved their salad! We customized ours and got the maple dijon dressing, and also got a chipotle chicken wrap. The salad was the highlight by far, as we left the wrap sitting for a bit and the side salsa accidentally started leaking out onto the tortilla so it was a bit soggy when we ate it, but that's definitely on us. Would definitely return!

i ordered delivery from here on 7/24 and i was given a juice that expired 7/17!! i am surprised that i was given expired products. i still will go back because i haven’t had issues before but i am still disappointed nonetheless

Happiness when you walk in . The weight goal u envision fruitful and beneficial. This place is official. Cosmic dream bowl is what I got . Lunch time quickie comes with granola crunch crunch honey drip drip topped with sliced strawberries n ba-nan-ah.. sprinkled coconut flakes like a Cleveland storm on top and you can not forget Peanut butter for perfect spoonful down to the bottom of the cup dipping. No chocolate chips for me . Size of cup was perfection filled me up no sammich needed this time around I really am trying to watch this figure. I love that this place is so close to public square. U can take ur healthy healing self sit on a cute little bench n enjoy slowly you can feel the weight lifting off ur shoulders . Refreshing really a perfect lunchtime date me n my bowl I did noticed on the menu they have pup cups for $1 . And TONS OF OTHER from create ur own bowls to salads to smoothies to wraps!!! No furries allowed in the store sooo I'm gonna have to find a way to get em to try n give his review bc lord knows if he smells pb on my breath without him I'm in trouble. we pass here on our walk all the time .
