I love this place i ordered from the downtown location earlier this week. The breakfast burrito is amazing! The uptown location is also great! I stopped in last night and was taken care of by a wonderful woman named Bonita (I hope I spelled her name right) she was so kind. I appreciate her service. Love the smoothies!

A visit to Beyond Juicery + Eatery on Friday, August 22, 2025, around 7:39 p.m., was intended to be a pleasant experience. However, the experience was ruined by the hostile and disrespectful attitudes of two older African American female staff members. The store was not busy at the time. One of the older female staff member, who had gray braids, displayed a rude attitude when answering menu questions during the ordering process. Another older female employee was disrespectful to multiple customers picking up orders. Customers were treated poorly for simply inquiring about their orders. When asked about the poor customer service, the employee removed her name tag and rolled her eyes. The level of disrespect was unacceptable, and the experience left the customer and their daughter feeling humiliated. This location will not be revisited.

Angela and her crew ALWAYS provide excellent and timely service at this location. The food is consistently fresh and our orders are always correct. For these reasons, Beyond is on our short list of favorite lunch spots. If you are in the University Circle and are need of a healthy lunch option, check out this location (and say hi to Angela from her lunch friends from the hospital!)
