The food here is always great! But during my visit the general manager Angie had a very nasty attitude towards the staff members, it left a sour taste in my mouth.

I had the worst wrap ever this morning from Beyond Juicery. I was on my way to work and decided to stop in around 8:15AM this morning to get a chicken wrap to go so I can eat on my way to work, unfortunately this was the worst wrap I ever had. The spinach wrap bread was hard as if it was not fresh and crumbled upon me picking it up, the chicken tasted old and was slimy, and the avocado was dark black and tasted spoiled. I could not finish this wrap it was so disgusting and disappointing. I attended on eating this to fill me up for a busy day of work but instead had to waste my entire wrap because it was not fresh. I am super upset to spend $12 on a wrap for it not to be edible. This wrap should not have been sold to customers. The store was not busy at all when I was there so it's no excuse as to why this wrap was rushed and sold.

Okay so there is not enough smoothie Kings around Cleveland Ohio I'm tired of going to Pulp and wanted to try something different so beyond juicery I noticed there are a few around I usually order fresh lemonade from Pope which uses fresh lemons which I really love so beyond juicery does juices but they're lemonade is already pre-made and they just add fruit to it which I do not think that is a fresh lemonade if you are already using a juice that is already made.

I've been here a few times, and I just went for lunch today! It's just expensive (4 stars instead of 5). But I really like it. I love the Chicken Caesar Wrap. They also wrote "Have a Great Day" on my container! Very cute. I really like the juices taste-wise even though I'm not a believer in any sort of "detox" or "cleanse" or anything. It can also be a bit loud or crowded, but it does have some seating!

I wanted a smoothie so I decided to go here. I walk in and granted the employees were busy working on order. I walked out after 5 minutes of no acknowledgement of my presence. Several employees looked at me. No, hello will be right with you. That is fine. Somewhere else will say hello.

I have been to this location about 5 times. 4 times out of 5, there is an excuse as to why no one can make me fresh juice even though this is a juicery. Their juicer is always messed up, the time (before 7pm on a weekday) is not a good time to make the juice, it takes a lot of work to create the juice. These are the kind of excuses they give at this place. I think the business owner should hire new staff that wants to work because the business is losing money due to laziness.
Decent but SLOOOOOOWW. Skip this if you're in a hurry or at peak hours. It's a it's a little expensive for what you get but most things in this area are. Smoothies taste good and you can create your own.

The smoothie was okay no complaints there but the customer service ! The young lady was so rude had a negative attitude a bad attitude . I thought about getting a refund and leaving because how nasty her attitude was .

Found this place while doing work at the area hospital and can't rave enough about the southwestern chicken wrap. Paired it with the strawberry lemonade and lunch was delicious. A little pricey but the freshness makes up for that. This will be the go to place each time I'm in the area.
