I have been going to this BiBIBOP on cedar rd University HTS, for a couple years with out any problems. Customer service was terrible, they were very rude. I was over charged and the broccoli tasted like it two days old, the rice was lumpy and dry and they barely put any sauce on it. I'm a vegan and was happy to have a BIBIBOP close by, but I will not go there anymore

The person that made my food was named Satin and she was amazing! She was so nice and had great service. Corporate if you’re reading this give her a promotion I had never been before and because of her I will definitely be coming back!!!

Man, what a bad first experience. My mother and I stopped in for our first experience, she ordered the chicken, and I ordered the salmon, we got neither on our bowls, I had to stop them at the checkout and ask why we didn't have the proteins that we ordered, and the ladies behind the counter told us that because I got the tofu, that, that, was my protein instead. We both said, right off the bat what we wanted. I said I would pay for both, but it just felt so awful, being told that I was the one who messed up. They got so frustrated with me, even though I expressed my apologies and made it know that it was my first time, and I wasn't sure how they handled orders.
There was such a small selection of foods to put on these tiny bowls, and it was so overpriced for what we got. They barely gave my mother 3 pieces of broccoli and a pinch of bean sprouts. I didn't get the sesame oil that I ordered either.
And 1.50 extra for tiny scoops of avacado? Christ. Chipotle might skimp out on one thing or another, but they barely gave us the tiniest amount of every single item that we ordered! I left there still starving!
I found out after my visit, that there was supposed to be miso soup available. I had seen the empty miso pot by the silverware. That would have been nice to have.
Also found out that the bowls themselves used to be much, much larger. It was barely a small salad for over $20. I was disgusted by the service, and the price. The place was dead too, on a Sunday. The tables were all dirty. It was just so disappointing.
Never again. Should have just gone to Ootani or Chipotle.
Don't waste your money or time. Get a bagged salad instead. You'll save so much money, and get so much more food.

So now for 1.50 I get not even a scoop of avocado but when I eat it I about break my tooth on a good sized sharp piece of plastic. One of the gals was extremely miserable, I work service I get it but gurl don't let me feel your attitude. And the plastic, about broke my TOOTH

They changed , no more vegetables like before.. no kale, no cabbage . This used to be my favorite place now I'm disappointed..why .

Does not treat people well. Hired a friend, said they'd email new hire paperwork and never did. When called kept saying it was coming until she finally after 2 weeks just went with another job. We and no one I know will ever patronize a place that does this type of thing to people ever again.

i got my bowl and it wasn’t what i ordered i ordered extra kimchi cucumbers broccoli and chicken i only got the broccoli and chicken i tried calling but there’s no one available.
I placed my order online this past Saturday. My food was delivered by DoorDash. Supposedly, I never received my food. It’s hard to get in contact with someone at the store and I did reach out to DoorDash customer service. I spoke with the representative who said that they initiated a refund for me and to contact the store today no one is answering so I had to leave a voicemail message under their catering option because the stores voicemail is full. It rings once and nobody answers the phone which is probably the way they have it set up so they don’t have to deal with cause I would like my full refund for my food that I did not receive yesterday as soon as possible. I hate DoorDash because they mark my order as complete, but I never received my food at all yesterday I had to order something else. This is totally unacceptable and I would like a full refund.
