For anyone in the Northeast Ohio area, don’t go to this location. I was overcharged for my item, the employees there spoke in a non-understanding tone, and my bowl looked atrocious. If you can, please go to the Beachwood location instead, and avoid this one at all costs.

I simply don't understand the appeal of this place. Unlike Chipotle, the options are a mosh pit of different cuisines that don't make any sense together. A base of asian rice or noodles is complemented with roasted potatoes and cheese? What next? Queso or guacamole on your stir fry? Half the ingredients in my bowl had no flavor whatsoever. The other half had conflicting tastes and textures. The entire concept of this place seems like random buffet restaurant leftovers. Perhaps this could have been remedied by a sauce to pull it all together, but all I got was a sprinkle of sauce over my sliced pineapple. That was particularly ironic because the sliced pineapple was the only ingredient in the bowl that would have been enjoyable WITHOUT the sauce. The tofu was dry and absolutely tasteless; I needed tons of sauce to choke those down but didn't get a drop. It might have helped if I could have communicated with the server, but her screaming across the counter was completely uninterpretable.

In from out off town- at The University hospital with my mom. I was excited to see a BIBIBOP in walking distance. BIBIBOP is one of my favorite places to eat. So much I eat it often. My experience at this location was very upsetting and disappointing to say the least. Took the 7 min walk only to stand outside waiting for them to open. Past open time. The Potatoes taste undercooked, rice is hard and the employees were not nearly as friendly compared to what I normally experience.

This place is my guilty pleasure. My go-to is the purple rice, noodles, potatoes, spicy chicken, carrots, corn, cheese, eggs, topped with yum yum, spicy sciracha, and gochujang sauce with a side of pomegranate lemonade. I eat here way too much!Parking: The rear lot is free for the first 30 minutes

I went thinking it was a full restaurant serving bibibop. It is actually a fast casual similar on style to a chipotle. Ingredients were very fresh and I had the spicy beef. Broccoli was cooked perfect with a bite, not limp and old. Everything was hot. The restaurant looked very clean and modern with good energy
