We came from out of town and were just looking for a quick bite to eat. We found this place and I'm so glad we did. The customer service was amazing from the beginning. They didn't have an item my wife wanted so the gentleman working accommodated her for the inconvenience. The service was swift with no issues with the order. But the food itself! AMAZING! It's so flavorful and fresh (not to mention nice presentation). I'm going to be so sad when we go home and can't have Big Bites, but I can't wait to return. Thank you for the hospitality and incredible meals!

Stopped as we were passing through on a rode trip. We had Chicken Asado bowl, Chicken Philly sandwich, and Steak Philly sandwich.... Very flavorful with great service!
