We were there for lunch today. Never got any. Waited 45 minutes. Nothing hard. Just burgers. Never got a refill of water. Brought my daughters fruit 2 minutes before we walked out .Asked server when our food was coming. She said she would check and never came back. There was plenty of staff.

Pretty unclean restaurant your feet stick to the carpet as you're walking through the place All the bottles and stuff on the table or filthy and sticky makes you worry about the food you eat The quality of that was not good either The service was okay and that was probably the best part of the experience overall $50 for a disgustingly sloppy Philly cheesesteak a burger that was literally the size of a junior burger but on the picture looks massive overall underwhelmed and overrated

Honest Feedback. The Hostess, Server (Amanda) and Cashier were all fantastic, pleasant and nice. Amanda was on point and the food came out in less than 10 minutes (perfect). The Big Boy original with fries tasted good and was exactly what I wanted and expected. However, the attention to detail and the smell of the restaurant is absolutely terrible. The first thing you notice when walking in the door is an awful stale SMELL.. Which is 100% the carpeting!!! That carpeting is absolutely BEAT and needs to be removed and replaced immediately. My shoes were actually sticking to the carpet as I walked through the dining area. More attention to detail and some upgrading of ripped and torn seats, along with better cleaning of vents, exhaust fans and normal ceiling fans which have layers of dust on them. I come to Big Boys because of the history/nostalgia and memories of growing up and going to Big Boys with my mom and grandmother.. For the most part I got that, but your restaurant needs a thorough cleaning and some updates. I hope the next time I come back the smell is gone.

It had been a while but, I sure enjoyed my big boy and side of onion rings. I was mildly disappointed that the combo no longer included coleslaw.
I have been around a bit and Big Boy is nostalgic for me (back to when they had drive up outside). I have been to both the Brookpark and Valley view locations. The food is still great. I ordered the big boy and breaded mushrooms on the side. Everything was served hot. It is much better than today’s Big Mac. The service was friendly and quick. The atmosphere (building conditions) were pretty bad. The carpet looks as old as I am and there was trash on the floor and in the parking lot. The entire restaurant needs rehab. Still a local must try but perhaps order out if that bothers you.
