I came to Big Boys because I heard so much about it, people talked so nicely,so I decided to give them a go. Well the funniest thing there wasn't really many people there but it wasn't until another lady came out the back before the other employees even acknowledged that I was standing there even though they had clearly noticed my presence. Not to mention that I was placed at a table and told someone would be over, however, two ladies came in after and where seated and treated as VIP and was attended to right away. When I got my food, I was given my bill before I could even bite into my food. This made me feel as though I was not welcomed. To be quite honest I might have to rethink this place for future options. The food was okay, but I was looking for a better experience.

The food was cooked and prepared as ordered. I ordered the classic with biscuit, eggs and fresh fruit (blue berries, pineapple and strawberries). The waitress was efficient as she was attentive to our table. My only issue was the atmosphere, which had an awkward old smell and outdated. The carpet appeared worn and requires to be m replaced or at minimum seriously shampooed

We ordered ahead a pickup order. I timed it just right because it was ready just under 20 minutes when we arrived. I ordered the super Big Boy sandwich and my mother ordered the bacon Swiss and mushroom burger with caramelized onions. She loved her sandwich and couldn't stop raving about it. Mine was good but a little dry. It could have used more lettuce and Big Boy sauce. Next time I'll tell them to add it. The inside looked preserved from the 80's. It was dimly lit and the booths looked cosy and nostalgic. I'll have to eat in next time.

The guy who cashed us out was kind enough to remove the items we didn't get which was nice but the service was just awful 2 servers in a empty place and we watched 1 big table not even want their food and leave another family not even get greeted and left after 20 mins . Just unacceptable

I must tell you in all my years I have never ever had this type of service from big boy I ordered a fishing card meal. The card had to be from yesterday. It was saturated sitting in oil and it was refried burnt. I have photos and video the oil is so bad that they’re cooking. French fries in the french fries were just brown Burnt and that you and I both know that cooking and bad oil is bad and you know that the staff was not pleasant. We waited almost an hour for our food and it was cold. Nothing was fresh and I just noticed how everyone else’s food was coming out nice and fresh but my party of five got the worst food I’ve ever seen come out of this valley view Ohio restaurant. I will never they served me two sausage links that I could play drums with they were that hard. You cannot be serious and expect for people to pay for stuff like that I cannot. I am livid at the quality. I’m livid at the service of the cooks. The staff in the back in the kitchen how is this being allowed how the total for my bill was $70.52 and I feel as though I shouldn’t had to pay for anything because I’m leaving there without a meal and I’m not happy

Went in due to nostalgia, left grossed out and sad. Although the portions are plenty, the taste, not so much. Our server was pleasant and attentive but looked disheveled, along with ALL the workers. All of it was just in a state of SAD!
