A regular stop for my morning coffee and a pastry in a good atmosphere right on Lake Erie! Staff is friendly and helpful and the food is delicious. The handmade pastries (especially the scones!) are my personal favorites. Coffee is also really good. They offer seasonal flavors for pastries and coffee that are all worth trying out too! The pumpkin spice latte, pumpkin crumble scone, and pumpkin chocolate chip cookie are my recommendations for fall. Overall, a great spot to check out in North Coast Harbor!
Dietary restrictions: They offer a good variety of gluten free pastries!

This is an easy little place for me to walk to from work and get a quick coffee and breakfast bite. however they overcharge for most of what they serve. I ordered a bagel for $5, a price that i dont bat an eye at when i am at cleveland bagel (where they make all their own bagels), but then i watched the barista pull out a bag of thomas bagels and serve me that for $5. if i wanted a thomas bagel (i NEVER do), I would have gone to the grocery store myself and gotten a whole bag of them for the same price. I suspect this cafe is taking advantage of being the only local coffee shop accessible to the north coast harbor and i just dont see that as an ethical business practice. additionally, it was a VERY busy weekend for the north coast harbor (rock hall induction weekend) and only one staff member working with about 7-10 customers in there, i dont go here often but it seems poorly organized and mismanaged

Best coffee I’ve had in 3 weeks travelling the USA.
Bites Cafe in Cleveland is a delightful gem that truly stands out in the local coffee scene. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a cozy atmosphere that invites you to unwind and enjoy your time. The warm decor, comfortable seating, and soft background music create an ideal setting for both solo visits and casual meet-ups with friends.
I had the pleasure of trying their Caramel Macchiato, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The balance of rich espresso and velvety caramel was perfect, delivering a deliciously smooth taste that lingered just right. It’s evident that they take great care in crafting their beverages, making this drink a must-try for any coffee lover.
I also indulged in their salmon bagel, which was equally impressive. The bagel was fresh, perfectly toasted, and generously topped with high-quality smoked salmon and cream cheese. The combination of flavors was delightful, making it a satisfying choice for breakfast or a light lunch.
The service at Bites Cafe deserves a special mention as well. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that you feel welcomed throughout your visit. Overall, Bites Cafe is a fantastic spot for coffee and bites, and I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Cleveland.

It's nice to pop into a coffee house in a city that isn't full of snobby people. This is my kind of place. Humble, quiet, and easy going. Cold brew was top notch.

I ordered a club sandwich for pick up so I can’t comment on service and atmosphere, but the sandwich was rubbish. I couldn’t eat the bagel as it was too hard, and the turkey looked like it was straight from the supermarket. I ordered no tomato and there was tomato. I hate to give negative reviews, so I hope the owner sees this and make corrections. ?

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Staff was very unwelcoming, drink was terrible, waste of money. Avoid this place at all costs!

Had the Raspberry ice cream and boy was it good! Such a rich flavor, dark chocolate bites to top it off. So delicious! Another order was of the strawberry guava tea, but this tea had very mild flavor of the guava and strawberry to my taste, so sadly wasn't a huge fan of that item. The atmosphere is nice. Workers are nice too. The view is great also. There isn't much seating there (3-4 tables), but they do have many customers.

Food is amazing. Rude service. Didn’t listen to my order. As I handed over the cash cashier told me to wait a minute, and then proceeded to make food for another customer. They gave me a large coffee when I ordered a small and then took it from my hands to give me the small. Everyone working here seems very unhappy

No complaints, average fare. Decent place for a quick bite before heading to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Nothing special but no issues. Bacon, cheddar, chive cream cheese was good and chocolate chip cookie was great. Cold brew was good too.

The bagel sandwiches we ordered might have been really good if the bagels had not been stale and cold. Toasted bagels would have probably made the sandwiches actually good instead of something I peeled the bagel off of.
