I was looking forward to eating here for the first time. There were no visible signs for the place. Online it says “open” but when we got there the doors were locked at 6:30 on a Friday. There is no contact phone number online. When a passerby saw my fiancé and I walking back to our car he asked what we were looking for. He then proceeded to tell us to go to the back of the building, door all the way on the left and ring the bell. It was how a horror movie would start. No one came, we left to red lobster.

Let my order sit in their system for 90 mins, left a door dasher sitting there waiting for my order for 30 mins, all to just cancel it because they forgot to check for orders I guess? Cool I'll just go hungry tonight since everything is closed now and it'll be 3 days now before Door Dash gives me my money back.

I ordered the crab clusters and shrimp with the Q sweet heat. Amazing flavor!! No need to order crab or lobster.

First time eating at this place and the guy who took my order was so cool and professional and very nice. The food was perfect I literally couldn’t find any bad things to say about the food. I don’t think my tastebuds could fathom the tastiness that I have consumed so much flavor in every bite. I’m definitely coming back again.

I ordered the Veggie Bag with SpicyQ sauce. I only ate 1/2, it was a lot. The food was DELICIOUS without the GUILT. Definitely will be ordering again. Also order was ready at expected time, well organized system. Thank you all for a pleasant experience.

Great service time after time. The food is easily the best seafood boil you’ll find in northeast Ohio, I would sell them my left foot for that sauce recipe. I recommend BlackCrabFam if you want amazing seafood at a very reasonable price.
