I like their food and coffee better than the competitors on the block. everything is delicious and tastes like it was just baked every time! Plus if you dine here you're also helping people in the Towards Employment program.

My organization recently placed a large, complicated order with Bloom Bakery - and I'm so glad we did! Bloom Bakery was responsive, professional, and happy to accommodate many different dietary needs. Their food was affordable and high quality. And on top of it all, ordering from Bloom supports a valuable cause! I highly recommend Bloom Bakery for large event catering.

I work crazy close to the downtown Bloom location and therefore have been going for awhile. My coworkers and I used to advise newbies to go there regularly. Unfortunately, there has been a decline over the last year. A change in all the staff at once was likely to blame. I hate to feel this way because I love what they stand for as a company. We all even overlooked the major hike in prices. I'm more than willing to pay for great quality and great service. Neither have been my recent experiences. They've been out of bread more than once and even coffee filters. One should never pay $9.00 for a brick hard grilled cheese sandwich that you had to spend half your break getting thanks to the person behind the counter sitting on the floor texting instead of being alert. However, I do see they are making an effort to return to their glory days; using promotions and bringing back some of the popular menu items. For this reason I stopped in last week to get a slice of cheesecake (something that has always been good) for a friend's birthday. Although the slice is noticeably smaller she did say it was still very good. Unfortunately getting it with no line was a 7 minute process as the people behind the counter focused more on conversation instead of boxing up the pre-sliced cake. Hoping the old Bloom shows back up soon. It was a great place.

The food here is good, but they need more people working. There is always a line and there is usually food sitting out that looks like it was just delivered. I wonder how long it sits there for ?

I will give it another try, but my tuna melt was as flat as a pancake. I expected more food for what I was charged. The gentleman behind the counter couldn't answer questions, maybe he was new.

Food is bland. Coffee is gross. Service is so so.

Had the best everything bagel in a long time while visiting Cleveland. I ordered it sliced with cream cheese. It had the perfect chew, lots of crunchy everything on it and a bit of salt too. Made fresh at the bakery... not to be missed if you like a really good bagel.

When we saw the driver going the wrong way on our street, we yelled at him to turn around. Apparently his idea of fixing the situation was to floor it down the street where little kids play.

Great spot for an appetite of any size. I will be back with my coworkers. Prices are fair I would say.

Best quick breakfast I have had in a long time. Fresh! Extremely fresh eggs, served on a croissant that is perfectly fluffy inside with a slight crunch on the outside. It's a good thing I don't work downtown or this place would claim half of my pay check each week! Delicious, awesome service as well.

I was going through Towards Employment for a job. I got a job without there help. But the guy at Towards Employment was basically ordering me to go get a job there . I have a full time job without their help. And it's not at bloom bakery. I work for an Iron Chef now!
